This two question might be the delay for decision .Nevertheless since the decision has been made you can go to tls Berlin for update sometimes there might system error

Calm down. They went on break for about 10 days over the holiday and that slowed though activities. You should get an update latest one week from today

I made paid call on Jan 4, I was told decision has been made but I’m yet to get Brp mail or collection mail.
