i took her to Lab where we did a scan on her breats , the scan result says its just a lump, her husband did the another lab test which also says its just lump.. so we took her to military hospital where the lump was removed .. after a successful operation , my sister couldnt sleep for 3 days or more so her husband took her to general hospital again where the doctors attend to her and he was told that my sister will need to be admitted because she is in a critical condition.. after she got admitted the doctor asked us to do series of test which make them discover that she has Liver Failure .. (After Removal of Breast Lump).. She has been on treatment for days and we have spent so much on her, I woke up this morning, i saw her husband Missed Calls, Her Husband Mum Missed Calls and my Aunt Missed Calls as well.. What came to my mind first is that my sister has give up.. another text now came in immediate from her husband which say my sister couldnt breath on her own again that she has been placed on OXYGEN.. i quickly brush my teeth and left for lagos island.. On getting there , i saw my sister breathing with OXYGEN and i started crying in her presence while she look at me.. i look at eyes and see that it is all yellow, her legs have swollen as if she has kidney failure .. i find it difficult to control the tears because what keep coming to my mind is that she will die and if she die kperen.. my mum may die from too much thinking.. Please i really need help for my sister to survive.. right the doctor has given us another test form which i dont have much on me to carry out now.. the only option left is to rent out the room where me and my mum live because it a family house.. please help me ... the picture of my sister on the sick bed is attached.. Her Name is Temitope Kareem .. she is the only patient on oxygen if anyone want to go there to confirm.. she is at the right hand immediately you walk in .. he has spent alot on her.. same as me .. her husband can be reach on that number he will take anyone who will like to see her to where she is in the hospital.. his children has stopped school because of her wife/ my sister illness..

Please help my sister survive, she is on Oxygen in Lagos Island General Hospital, after lump was discovered in her breast 3 months ago, something in me tell me its a cancer that she may die , Her husband and i did series of test which says its just a lump. We went ahead and did the operation for her to remove the lump at military hospital which was successful but we didn't do the main test which is called BIOPSY because the doctor just wrote a letter for us and said we should carry out an xray to know if the breathing is still intact which we also did and the result says its okay. After the operation my sister could not sleep for 3 days. Her husband had to rush her to general hospital again and we did another series of test and she was diagnosed with liver failure.. She got admitted in Lagos Island General Hospital , i woke up this morning to read her husband message telling me that my sister is on Oxygen as at 11 PM yesterday, he told me not to tell my mum about it.. Does it mean i am going to loss my sister.. Please we need help and support .. Her name is Temitope Kareem... Dead nairalander please help my sister survive.. I don't another to die because if she do my mum will run mad...

An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday remanded at the Kirikiri Prisons, a driver who pleaded guilty to beating a police officer. Magistrate A.A Adesanya remanded Bamidele Olowokere, 36, who was charged with conspiracy, breach of peace and assault. Adesanya adjourned the case till Feb. 25 for review of facts of the case and sentencing of the resident of Agege, Lagos.

According to the prosecutor, Insp. George Nwosu, the accused and others still at large conspired to assault DSP Saibu Braimoh on Jan.19 on Capitol Road, Agege. “The accused and others beat up the police officer while he was performing his lawful duty,” he said. Nwosu said that Braimoh was on surveillance patrol when he was assaulted by the accused and the others. He said that the officer noticed heavy traffic and boarded a motorcycle to go and clear any obstruction, but was beaten as soon as he alighted from the motorcycle. “As he alighted from the motorcycle, the accused and others came out from nowhere and started beating him, and injured him all over his body,’’ he submitted. He noted that the offences contravened Sections 166, 171 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011. Reportedly, the accused may be jailed for three years if found guilty.

Why do you think her own lump is cancerous? You mentioned the chances of it being cancerous as 70%?

Has any of your aunts, grandmothers, parent, first cousins ever died of or diagnosed with breast, ovarian, endometrial cancer?

Did the doctor that examined her say the lump looked suspicious?

You must have seen something for you to think its 70% certain its cancer.

The final diagnosis of a breast mass is histology.Either the whole or a part of d lump is removed and sent for d lab for test(histology)
As per cost,it should vary from hospital to hospital,but operation fee should be from 30k upwards.
As per where to remove it,just go to any govt tertiary hospital,if U want to shorten d process,ask Ur doctor to give U a referral letter to d consultant general surgeon or to d surgical outpatient dept.
In fact,by d time U see a doc in d general surgery dept,it should be easy to know if it's malignant or not,based on growth rate(fast growing or slow),painful or not,any colour changes or ulceration in d overlying skin,nipple retraction,involvement of lymph nodes etc,in fact,ur GP should be able to tell U if it "likely" to be malignant or "unlikely" based on history alone,histology is just to confirm diagnosis.
Abeg,hand de pain me,just do some of these things and U will be fine.
