Yes if you don't pass the first stage exam, there's no way you can get in. That's the hardest part of the recruitment, confidence is also key, even if I didn't know anyone there's no way I can fail at an interview because I already have the right mentality.

Honestly, people get in without knowing any gateman or cleaner. I know things happen underground but NNPC also picks people on merit. You can't work there if you have nothing in your head

They got employed on merit, if you come from a state that doesn't have competition, you can easily succeed, I have come tops in a couple of national examinations so its no fluke.

I have been living on NNPC money since I was born and I still do, if I dey bored I can stroll to NNPC towers to say hello to some of my family members cheesy

If you are not intelligent in NNPC? I can bet my life savings with you that you have never stepped inside NNPC especially Abuja office. Intelligence? For every 10 staff you see there maybe only 2 made a second class upper. If you put NNPC staff beside beside IOCs it is like ratio 10-100. Please don't assume what you don't know.
