We can't achieve much success if the whole unit isn't developing. Sports is all round, medical, structure, branding etc and most importantly psychological.

It has been obvious this key aspect of sports has been left out of our current national teams set up.

The current generation of National teams don't understand and believe what it takes to wear any national team shirt. They don't, it's starts from the first day you get an invitation.

I remember during my NDA days in Mogadishu battalion, Moga as they call us then never loose, we train twice as others and it is drummed into your body, mind and soul from day one when you get into the academy talk more about seeing your posting to Mogadishu battalion.

This was all we needed to fuel our body and determination and I doubt current national teams are structured this way.
