please is there anything like ok to board for CIU student coming who do not have visa? how possible is that pls house

secondly how can i get a refund from CIU since they did not issue me visa since march

pls someone from CIU said i should bye ticket and send a copy to him and i will travel without visa,he made mention of ok to board,but I'm scared.. pls how genuine is that,won't i have issues when I'm traveling?

Good morning VO, please I want to know if I'm qualified to be issued a visa because I want to attend a maritime conference coming December. I'm 26,a marine navy (sea man) i worked with NIMASA for 1year where I got my sea term training and then they offered to send me to Romania for my COC class 3 which they applied for the visa august and got it september 2015 for me but I declined because I had always wanted to own company and my own vessel so i resigned and cos they told me after my COC class 3 I will work with them for 10years. So I registered myself in maritime academy and did my COC class 3 there. And i also succeeded in setting up my company which was incorporated on 17 August 2015 and it's doing very well..I have 1.9m in my bank acct. I have a son but not married. I want to start my journey to becoming a ship owner and that's one of the things this conference is going going to do for me.

Pls my interview is today,help me with useful information. I have not been able to pay for my conference fee yet as I have not seen who will help me pay with his domiciary account,the said said i must have domiciary acct b4 i can pay..pls will this be a problem with the interviewer as why i haven't paid..Will they find out? Please I want to get a German visa to attend a confer ence September and i have paid for the conference,. I have CAC,Tax certificate,6months statement of account,I have not traveld out of the country but I have 3months expired Romanian visa,I'm currently a merchant made under training. Please what are my chances like? And also tell me where to pay for the visa fee for Germany and all u need to do..I have 800k in my company's acct.
