Statistically, when you compare mata's successful take-ons,incisive passes,fouls suffered against the likes of hazard,mehrez,ozil and Silva, you see that Mata's flaws are glaring cos he can't seem to beat a defender one on one.

Mata is slow,weak and short and ruins counter attacks like kilode and also lacks the skill-set to unlock resolute parked defences.

The number 10 position is getting obsolete in modern football and also a luxury very few managers are willing to take.

If Ronnie can change, why not Mata? Mata can play either of the flanks of his preferred central role.

What difference is there between hazard and Mata?

Chubhie:
Mata should evolve his game like Mahrez of Leicester so he can be more of an asset in Jose's playing philosophy.

He has an important role to play with current United setup so perish such thoughts.You've got a solid balanced team already.

With United's solidity in midfield and defence,Mata has an important attacking role to play with less demands on him to track back too often.

Even if Jose so despise him,he can never be sold to an already strengthened direct threat as Chelsea.

Unbelievable strategic last minute deals. I look forward to watching them play.

There are positives for United in today's game. Most importantly,a clean sheet.

Hmmm, seriously these lies have been told for too long. I know it is a deliberate attempt to re-calibrate Nigerians' mind on the person and achievements of GEJ, because when you tell a lie over and over again, even the person saying it begins to believe it. Please do me a favour, can you use the same energy to tell us specifically those actions, and policies of GEJ that made this present government not to function. Prove to us you are not being spinned to believe rubbish, tell us in your own argument how and what. And do well do reduce your characteristic foul language.
