Basic Function: The tax accountant position is accountable for the collection of tax-related information, reporting to taxation authorities at the federal, state, county, and local levels in a timely manner, and advising management on the tax impact of various corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
>Maintain required level of technical knowledge.
>Prepare estimated federal and state income tax payments.
>Research and prepare work papers for various book to tax differences
>Research and correct process errors that caused incorrect tax filings
>Assist in federal and state audits.
>Maintain our tax preparation system.
>Keep abreast of current developments in the tax area.
>Prepare/Review other various tax filings: Annual reports, Intangible Tax, Sales and Use Tax.

Qualification Requirements:
>2-3years of tax accounting experience. Bachelor's/HND degree in accounting preferred, or a tax concentration within an accounting program.
>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
