try doing a lot of work around the house; together with avoiding eating fatty foods. Reduce your food intake (dont skip meals); try not to eat later than 6pm. AGain do your house cleaning, get busy around the house in general, the key is burn more calories than you take in daily. You'll shed the weight trust me.  |
