Yes you can buy the parts and assemble here as far as you buy the right one and the engine block itself is okay. Another important thing is vw computer adaptation this must be done after installation for the engine to adapt to the old gear box you don't have to change the gear box.

P0100 = Emission management which means your car's brainbox is not mixing the fuel electronically efficient enough

P0200 = Injector Circuit, Fuel and Air metering

I hope the mechanic did not change the brainbox "ECU". As such erratic performance is mainly due to a damaged brainbox. However he may also have messed with some key wiring. What ever happens you have to scan the car first before anyone can really help you online.

First of all your car is not a 100% scan dependent compared to the newer models. So you need to do physical diagnosis. Top up all the fluids brake fluid, transmission fluid engine oil. And see which one runs out first. Then get a mechanic to track where the leakage is from, using a very dry rag. After this get the right sealants and try and seal. if this is not enough if it is the transmission drop it from the mount and reinstall this time with all the right washers in place. Then if this does not work go to the market and buy another transmission.

VW SCAN tools are the most difficult to find, but we will get there i wish you all the best.

From my research and contacts,
Okay this is the best solution for small scale producers. They need to form a corporation that is all of them come together. Then they need to present their proposal to the Bank of Industry. For a Loan of N100m @ 5% using their present location as assets if need be. This will be used to build small refinaries like 1000b/day and completed within 3mths.

From DPR Side the official application is USD50k non refundable and the operating license is USD100K please confirm on their website.


Now you see they need the services of consultants to put all these through. Anyway you see why many don't bother.

I like to be straight with customers, and i don't assume. If the customer is not sure then they can call me and we discuss further. I get calls daily and respond some people just want my opinion on their car situation which is okay and i help where possible.

Thank you for confirming its OBD11, i wanted the customer to do that as he will be the one using the kit, as you said some customers don't know the year of manufacture of their car. Tell me how will you know that.

Anyway the kit has been very useful to a lot of customers and is still in high demand.

From a business point of view, how much did it cost them to setup their facilities. From a Legal point of view They are breaking the Law thats the issue, just because they don't have a license. So my question is this how can one get a license for it. From an environmental point of view where do they get their crude from? is their practises fair on the environment.

Most of these issues can be quickly addressed. So the question is how? let me have your ideas.

Yes thanks for the response so far, Just to add that if your car is "drinking" fuel, you may need to scan it too. i.e if the check engine light is on
