If you want your account officer to be the one begging you, send a mail to their head office. Tell them you wanted to invest in tbills and you sent instructions to your account officer but it seems the guy is clueless.

This was the same thing I did sometime in the past and my account officer became the one that was begging. In fact, he called me on phone with his personal line many times before I listened to him. He was actually shivering.

I've also sent an instruction to my gtbank account officer to quote their rates but no response.

It seems the 500k minimum requirement is true cos i have less than in my account, however a simple response would have been appreciated. Its a bad practice from them, i might consider opening another bank account and transfer my money asap.

Please does access and zenith bank have good rates?

It means you've not been considered to continue the process. I have one observation, while filling the form I knew it would bounce.

If you noticed, while there was no age description, the part where you tick the year you completed NYSC had three options.

~ before 2015
~ 2015/2016/2017/2018
~ 2019

It's my reasoning that only those that finished service within the last 4years will be considered.

Oh really, i know someone who finished last year and was bounced too .These recruiters should do a favour of telling what went wrong with the process. They even claim to be transparent and do not discriminate in their selection process
