I just read the first page over again. I hate to say it but I believe Mr. Aigbe money was gone by the time my wife arrived in Africa. I spoke to both her and my son Dante early April 2012 via a magic jack internet connection she had with her. I was trying to arrange to have my son returned to me so I could care for him. I would not commit to the amount because I have been burned oh so many times and it was going to cost close $1500 for a one way ticket for him. Instead I wired her money to purchase him a laptop which at that time he did not receive.

My son was complaining because apparently Wumi had shipped a bunch of items to Nigeria for him and I believe he was stating that $1000 was needed to have them released from customs. The fact that I had wired money to my son that was not used for the assigned purpose, and more money was going to be requested means she either had no more money, or needed additional money to complete what ever she was doing in Nigeria.

I've already stated that a business partner ran my background check which lead to my wife, this is how I gained knowledge of this. So what type of man are you Mr. Onasti? What would you have done if a business partner supplied you this information and the very thread?

That isn't how background and credit checks work in this country. I can divorce her, but as long as she continues to use my last name I am unfortunately linked to her. I asked for a her to sign a divorce last year, she would not.

There are a no of ways to make wumi pay but believe me, this we have going on here? ll achieve nothing. we can all watch and see.

I doubt she has these resources. Wumi was sued by one of her private duty employers early last year for a $20,000 in unpaid loans. They are trying to seize her home. If they have won their case the only way she can retain the home is to make monthly payments to her old employers.

This means a person who has no secure income, electricity, no food, no running water(the city has shut off all services to her home years ago), has to come up with all this money to repay people. This means she has to create larger and bigger business ventures to meet her already mounting financial obligations!

She is so far in the hole a normal job will not assist her.

I agree but there is one problem, since the courts removed me of my financial obligation of $1200 per month to my wife, I believe this occurred in 2010. She has no reliable source of income, she will do some short term private duty work from time to time. But this does not create the cash stream she needs to travel, and bring the home in South Philadelphia out of disrepair. Wumi does not have the mindset of a working person. She desires to be a entrepreneur, travel, and be part of large business transactions. Its hard to be a business woman when you are starving.

If you believe that this works why don't you instruct Mr.Aigbe to come to the United States and do the same. My purpose isn't to take her to court, nor the police, or international bureau of internet crimes. The way she operates, you would have a difficult time charging her. First and foremost you forget that this initiated as her word verses Mr. Aigbe. My testimony is important because it brings credibility to his claim, whether you want me here or not! Here is the womans husband saying that this man losing his money is in line with his wife's personality and character. So now its no longer becomes his word verses her's. Did he need my assistance probably not, but just the fact that my family name is involved and I am the one that married her required that my presence be made. My purpose has been fulfilled. I have came here and stated openly that I and my family have had nothing to do with Wumi's past, present, or future transactions.

I feel for Mr. Aigbe, as I feel for myself and others. There was no way for me to get my money returned, or the money she obtained from my family members without my knowledge. For him to even get a sizeable portion of his money back will require a miracle. You question my presence here. I believe I made a request to the moderators, and it was granted. Who are you? I believe that I have more of a right to make a statement in this particular thread then you do. Have you been married to Wumi? Have you met Wumi? Have you entered into a business agreement with Wumi? Have you lost any money to Wumi?

There really isn't much more for me to say. I received a phone call from a business associate about a month ago, who just happened to run a background check on me. Of course because I am married to Wumi her name shows up. When he runs her all this crap is exposed. He alerts me, I contact the moderators of the forum. This is how I arrived here.

I've asked Wumi to sign divorce papers as recently as last year, she will not. I've seen several lawyers in Pennsylvania and have been told that since we have been separated for more than 18 months I can file alone but it will cost $2500. Prior to the divorce being granted a letter must be sent to her current address if she responds to the letter within the given period she can contest the divorce and my money is lost. So I would have to time the thing and file before she makes an expected trip to Nigeria or elsewhere and hope the letter arrives while she is gone.

There is a financial motive behind what she is doing for sure, so we are in the midst of a shell game. I want out of this but don't want to spend an even larger amount to do so. My hope is she would choose to remarry, but it has not happened.

The reason why this documents are here, is because when I arrived to protect my family name I was questioned, berated, and called a criminal by some. They wanted proof - pictures, I've left this part of my life far behind. I don't keep pictures, but I do keep legal documents, lol.

The problem in all of this is even if a divorce is granted it will protect me in the future financially, but she can still continue to use my family name. So for the rest of my life anytime a background check is ran on me, her name will appear. To protect the image of myself, my family, and my company I must address disruptions such as this and state that I have not been affiliated with this woman for over 9 years and have not even seen her for most of that period.

Now as to my purpose, Wunmi Allen is using my family name, now its one thing if someone that is born into your family dishonors your family name. But she is not blood refuses and to go by her own family name of Omotayo, but instead chooses to bring this shame upon my own family name when we have no part in this.

You take pictures when it is a happy occasion! Neither the wedding ceremony or the short period we lived together was happy or harmonious.

Africans and Americans have very different mindsets, our culture and habits are different - so in some cases its very hard to make things work, especially when your not marrying cause of love. I broke of the marriage twice and only conceded to the ceremony at the very end because I had given her my word. So no there were no pictures because our personalities were clashing; she was badgering me about the marriage, and I finally agreed though I did not want to.

There are pictures of us all with my son Dante at his birth but she has them all, remember we separated when my son was 3 months old.

It was a very bad experience, no happiness, so very few pictures.

Yes she abducted My son from me in late 2005, filed for child support and spousal support to the note of $1200 per month. Funny thing was she didn't even have my son, had given him to some white Amish to care for somewhere in central Pennsylvania. While she used the money to try and repair her home in South Philadelphia. I was able to get the child and spousal support dropped in 2010. I spoke to my son for the first time in 7 years last April he was in Nigeria with his mother.

I am still married to her actually, I don't have wedding pictures cause it was a rushed justice of the peace wedding since her 90 day expiration of her visa was approaching.

I do have court papers concerning child support, immigration, or our separation. I will look through them and find something appropriate and scan one and post it later today.

After that I am finished, I did not come here to get attacked. I came here to help those that might contemplate dealing with her in future.

What I will say is this, if you enter into a business transaction with her there is a high probability you will loose your money, my wife has a habit of selling items that she has not acquired or really has possession of. If the items sells before she pay7s for it, the seller changes his mind, or an agreement cant be reached your money is gone.

Do u have any channel/contacts of her here in Nigeria.

I spoke with her and my 9 year old son Dante last April while she was in Nigeria. I do not have any phone numbers or addresses of her or relatives in Nigeria.

That's complicated! I met Wumi online in 2002 we broke off communication after a few months, then one day at lab I worked at in Reading, Pa. I got a phone call in October 2002. It was Wumi she was stranded at JFK in New York City with no money. I picked her up and brought her back to Reading, Pa.

She had a 90 day visitors visa, we married January 2003 and I initiated paperwork to sponsor her so she could get her residency status. Marriage was not working so we separated in April 2004 after I had her evicted from our home, I kept my 3 month old son Dante while she left for New York City. In 2005 I petitioned to be removed as her sponsor and they did, I asked her to sign divorce papers and she would not; I would discover why later. From what I gathered from later conversations she lied to US immigration and claimed she was an abused spouse. This allowed her to continue her process without me being her sponsor. I am not sure but I believe she was successful and probably has full citizenship by now.

As stated not here to bash her, but many had questions about how she arrived and gained her citizenship.

I've been following this thread for quite sometime, and was finally given permission to post. First and foremost I must state that I am not here to bash Wumi, but I do feel my presence was necessary to give some insight into the character and personality of this woman. I will state that any of you who have not received the items you purchased from my wife; most certainly will not be reimbursed or compensated for your loss.

I am not going to wash the dirty laundry of our relationship here online like a leaky faucet, but I'm more than willing to answer any questions, and I mean any questions concerning my marriage to the woman, and the personality type that you are dealing with.
