pls jst 1 more question,  can it be done in any oder package apart from microsoft photo editor? cuz i dont ve dat software, i only ve hp & photo imaging editor, i dunno if u r familiar wit dat?

pls i ve tried dat dimension and it didnt go dey are sayin the file is too big tru dat dimension dey gave (ie 275x314), and dey even said the file should nt be biger dan 15kb but dat dimension is biger dan 15kb. So i dont understand dem is dey any way i can try it again? pls,
