Bikochi: That feeling you have is very important, don't ignore it.
Are you sure she's not acting nice to you so she can get married? Harsh but it happens! Ladies find it hard to respect someone younger than they are. For this to work, you must have more money than her. And be wiser , more mature than her or else, it's just a matter of time before the disrespect starts creeping in. She sees some of your actions like being annoyed or some of your decisions as it's just because you are younger.
The cases I have seen that worked out, the man was richer than the lady, so this helped calm her down.
Plus women age faster than guys, after child birth would you still be attracted to her? Cos she would be looking years older than you at by then. I hope that's not when you start cheating on her?
Consider it well don't let people deceive you by saying it doesn't matter. You can confirm yourself - girls don't like their juniors unless they have no other option, there are exceptions though. They usually like older guys. So just know you are her only viable option for marriage. Others around her are not ready to settle yet. You made some good points. Thank you |

Hello Everyone.
I currently use an iPhone 6 with 16gig. Really small for me. Though the phone is in cosmetic condition and is what I currently use.
I want to add cash to swap it with pocophone of 128gig. Kindly state the amount I am to add if you have the phone.
I would have gone for outright buying, but this Covid19 period made things some how.
My colleague at work currently use poco that’s why I like the phone |

Good day everyone.
We all know that the world is getting smaller as there’s continued inventions and innovations. Technology has indeed taken over, and in few years time, one would be completely left behind as new things keep coming out.
Right now, even though I’m a masters student and also work as a data privacy analyst, I can’t boast of any I.T skill. I would really would like to learn how to code, digital marketing, how to use tableau, Power BI or even master excel.
I’ll be 30 in days time and advancing from where I am right now would greatly be aided if one masters one of this beautiful IT skill. Cyber security has been what I have been learning little by little lately, but I don’t feel encouraged.
I’d appreciate your inputs. Cheers |

BurnStoner: Closing Paragraph. However this principles as posited by Luther Gulick and Lyndall Urwick are not absolute and cannot guarantee 100% success however they are a road map that ensure effective and efficient management of resources. #Cheers True. Hardly does any method guarantees 100%. However the goal is to maximize profit (revenue) and minimize cost. Having fully utilized the available resources. |

olumide81: Basically this refers to the employment of the key management functions , the effective and efficient allocation of available human and non human resources, its utilization towards attainment of set goals and objectives. Same thing I thought. That the examiner is trying to stress the importance of the functions of a manager. Thanks |
Education › Re: I Have This Question From One Of My M.sc Past Questions by carokan(op): 1:47am On May 03, 2020 |
Judybash93: Well, in my opinion, i think what the question is trying to get from you is to demonstrate how hard work doesn't necessarily lead to success in that there are various things to consider when goals are to be achieved. Your group might be working hard without using the right approach and this may be a recipe for disaster. Let's say you guys are working on a farm and you have cutlasses, hoes, sickles and other rudimentary equipments as well as tractors, harvesters, planters and other stuffs but because your boss is trying to save cost, he decides that you guys should use the cutlasses and stuffs. Of course you guys will work hard but you might not be able to achieve what the modern equipments will achieve given the same time. Inversely, let's assume that your boss effectively plans ahead and decides on what to use at the right time in relation to the modern equipments, there's a possibility that you'll be able to achieve your goal without much hardwork. So, hardwork in terms of physical labor of which i assumed to be the premise of your question doesn't always assure success. I only operationally defined hardwork to mean physical labour. You can look at it from another dimension. Thanks for your contribution bro. I really appreciate it. I see the angle you’re coming from. However, with management terms, I need to reinterpret it. Thanks again. |

The question is:
Success does not necessarily depend on how hard the manger have worked but on how well they have planned and utilized available resources. Discuss
How do I approach this question. Thanks for your contributions |
