Going by the observation by babs2aroks "Dude just wanted to ask a Q.mayb am wrong but h com d car is on 40MPH with d gear on P and the 1000r/min is idle?" you are very correct, carried out inspection and it was confirmed that there is a slight problem with that (ref, pic 0442) and it can be fixed, aside that all others function perfectly.
