Reason for trip is to run medical tests. Looking at a convenient mode of transportation as opposed to regular buses etc.

I started with a 2012 Hyundai Sonata way back 2016/2017. Weekly rental 60k per week .... After 6months dropped to 55k then 50k .... 40...35...28...till 20k

Seed capital is relatively to the particular car you are buying. I make sure I don't exceed 1.3m buying a tokunbo car or 1m buying a 9ja used car

Now this is the tricky part... I use personal funds.
Now for me, Uber model isn't a sustainable investment so I don't consider it as an investment that will plough back profits - the LOSS rate is HIGHER than GAIN rate.

Growth rate is ZERO if you are looking to plough back profits to grow the business and given some other KPIs

Profit margin is relative depending on model you choose to run

I try to use the cars for 3-4years, sell off and replace

Man, it's good to be optimistic. But unrealistic optimism will get your fingers burnt badly.

Apart from those driving their own car, it's very very rare to see someone that has done Uber business consistently for 2 years.
