Please i need urgent help guys... my US Adsense earnings have been trapped in google. Reason being that i can not add my payoneer as my payment method.. anytime i try to add a Payment method i get this error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-BAIH-01]."

I have tried everything possible to fix this error but all to no avail, i have changed up to 10 different browsers and even cleared cookies still no luck..
