Politics / Re: KOGI: International, Local Observers Laud INEC Over Free, Transparent Guber Poll by Caseless: 5:34am On Dec 12, 2023
See the face of the so called "international observer" - hungry-looking oily face.

Why our country is held down is because we can sell our conscience for anything. This hag has collected her own, tomorrow, she'll shameless come out to call herself an observer despite her obvious lack of integrity.

SDP suffered 134 attacks before the election and has suffered more after the election, but the witch here is blaming them.

I saw one known observer on TV saying the election was free, fair and credible and there was 98% voter turnout in the disputed LGs, even after being faced with evidence of prefilled result sheets - he's defending that because his tribesman won.

No conscience.

Politics / Re: Gani Adams Marries Joy Onojaife As Second Wife by Caseless: 2:23am On Dec 12, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
Hmmm.

Many will look at it like this is how he paid back that woman who suffered with him, he once stated that this his first wife had several miscarriages, about 18 for several years of their marriage before God answered their prayers and blessed their union with fruit of the womb which the whole world celebrated with them both then.

Gani Adams was full of love and praise for this his first wife that everyone was pleasantly surprised to see his romantic side. I believe his first wife was probably one of those all over the newspapers that time when Gani Adams was being incarcerated, begging everyone to plead with FG under Pa Obasanjo to release Iba Gani.

This is why I believe that success is a magnifying lens. If you have a spouse, once he is yet to attain power and wealth, whatever character he is displaying is not yet his true character yet o. Wait until he acquires wealth, power and money.

Congratulations to them both o. It's just necessary to salute, honor and acknowledge the woman who tended the tree under which the Delta woman found shade.

If his first wife is heartbroken about this, he should console her. She should remain strong and do her best especially for her children even if her husband did not show her the amount of love she expected. Check my signature for free stuffs!
Gani no try!

Even if his wife doesn't say anything, it's painful that a woman would come to have a share in the "will".

Don't trust NL, it promotes negative SA news since we started denying you guys visas. I'll never forget how during the SA riots people posted that South Africans were starving and about to eat each other and a woman who supposedly looted dildos (who wasn't even South African & unrelated to the riots). And it made frontpage 👎🏾🇳🇬
That report on underage pregnancies in schools is a national story in Southafrica.

In the auto industry, Land Rover Freelander is regarded as a vehicle that came out of the factory with 100 defects.

Even Mercedes Benz admitted that ‘V-Boot’ and A-Class are about the worst products from their stable.

That’s to tell you that there are good and bad vehicles.
are you sure?
Car Talk / Re: No Car Brand Or Model Is BAD. Do You AGREE Or DISAGREE With That? by Caseless: 1:56am On Dec 12, 2023
PAQ:
There are brands that continuously make very unreliable models over the years. From gearbox issues to excessive oil consumption, engine failure & electrical issues.
There are brands that their models are sold with a premium price & cost a premium to maintain. Then after all that they depreciate so quickly that in a couple years a Corolla will cost more.
There are brands that are good in one region and horrible elsewhere. Nissan is very good in the US but bring it to Nigeria and see hell.

Finally there are brands with models cursed with all the above. Now that is a bad model from a bad brand. But regardless people still stubbornly buy them and even have a cult following.

I will not mention the brands & their models cos their die hard fans are here. They know themselves sha.
Be bold.

Nazgul:

I agree with you. Indeed no car brand is bad.

The major reason why people keep having issues with their cars is because the average Nigerian buys a car which is 10 years and above.

Imagine driving Camry big daddy of 2005 in 2023. Or Toyota Highlander of 2002 That's 18 - 21 years after manufacture date. The mileage would be extremely high, mechanic would have touch touch the motor taya. It might have gear box issue, oil leakages, shock problem...etc.

Then you now talk about our bad roads, and quack mechanics. This is why it looks as if some brand of cars are bad.

Or imagine someone driving Honda EOD or baby boy in 2023 and complaining of leg problems, isn't that ridiculous? I doubt if people in civilized countries buy cars that old. Not when they have access to credit facilities which they can use to get newer models.

In Nigeria here, you'll buy whatever your money can afford.
But even in those advanced countries, we've seen people being rewarded for making 2M kilometers. I've seen a truck that's older than me and it's still good and strong. It's about maintenance.

That a car is manufactured in 2005 doesn't mean It's driven everyday since 2005. Some haven't really been extensively used.

Mature advice only please.
I will keep this very short.
There is this her colleague she talks about almost all the time. He is also married. I became curious and decided to go through her WhatsApp chats with this guy. I saw in thier chats selfie pics she sends to him (normal selfie pics), and the one that really got to me is the part he invited my wife to come over and "lets make babies" according to him. But her reply was "No I can't, your hands are full"....Please who can decode this her reply to him?....I confronted her but she denied ever having anything to do with him beside been colleagues. But my worry is why chat flirty chats with a guy and what would give him the mind to ask her to come over and .......... Please I need mature advice only
You don't need a mature advice, you need a mature "beating" for being a weak man.

You want to know what it means for her to go and make babies with another man.

Politics / Re: The Change That Never Was By Simon Kolawole by Caseless: 4:34am On Dec 11, 2023

I know there are people still in electioneering mood. They are gloating over Tinubu’s missteps. But as I often argue since time immemorial, if the Nigerian president fails, we will all suffer the consequences. It is like praying for your flight to crash because you don’t like the pilot. It doesn’t work like that. It doesn’t matter who you supported.

I said this a few days ago.

I had to read the whole write up. This is truly heartbreaking. The things that poverty make people do and the heartlessness of people to other people. When we talk about racism, we should be careful cos black on black is more evil than white on black.

1m for that matter. Imagine that man with 2 kids trying to sell for the future of his kids. He'd use the same money to treat himself.

We'll all die one day and account for all our deeds on earth. I take solace in this belief.

A former Israeli prime minister was quoted to have said, if he was born a Palestinian, he'd definitely be a member of hamas.

Those who won't give their lands for grazing route in Nigeria are the ones quoting one old Isaiah to tell us the land belongs to the jew after 3000 years. They believed this. The world is unfair.

America should also give back the land to the native Americans then. We're all strangers where we find ourselves today.

Its not about been young and poor that cause this young girls to engage and succumb to this things alone...

Even the children of the rich still engage in sex, at young ages of14,15,16 years behind the scene grin

Its all about the mindset, a young girl that want
to keep herself undefiled, will do that inrespective of age or class background.
A young girl should be seen as not mature enough to guide herself. So, the men should keep off.

Because a young girl offers herself doesn't mean she knows what she's doing. Reject it and give her the right orientation.

Our government is a useless one. They don't allow our own to get out there except those who already made it out there, they're the ones they'd be quick to identify with.

You can't ask us as citizens to develop ourselves or appreciate our own and not lead that charge from the front as a government.

We know what they did to Dog Abalaka discovery on HIV cure.

Nigeria is a blind country.

@ Until I saw your post, I was going to say why do we feel we're equal in anything to this people across?

I even saw someone who came here to seek advice on the pain his brother goes through as a sickle cell and someone even advised him to take him to church. It's that bad.

Nairaland / General / Re: Do The Rich Have A Comfortable Life? by Caseless: 6:26am On Dec 10, 2023
My reaction to this question would always be drawn from the response of that Uruguan president dubbed "the poorest president in the world". He drove a Volkswagen beetle and lives in a 2 bedroom apartment with his wife and the house even belongs to his wife.

When the interviewer asked, "how do you feel being called the poorest president in the world?", this great man responded by saying, "Those who have and still crave for more are those you call poor. How do you call someone who's contented with what he has poor?." "Those who asking for more are the poor guys. Those with contentment are in comfort already".

To you religious hypocrites in Nigeria who defend looters on the basis of their religious affiliation, this man practiced no religion.
