The health benefits of garlic cannot be ignored. It’s a small price to pay for staying healthy, I am a regular user of garlic, ginger and fresh spices. It’s bettej than swallowing drugs.

Truth is, there are loads of hair enhancers now in the market, e.g kakar oil, chebe powder etc. It helps gan!

here is how I prepare mine for breakfast;

*get cocoa from either from the farmer or get it while it's still fresh,

*cut them open, dry the seed for some days,

* grind the dried seed into fine powder,

*whenever you need to use, just fetch a table spoon full of coca powder,

*pour it into a hot cup of water, and keep it stirring,

*add your original cow milk(from Fulani women) keep stirring.

*that's all.





you can take it with banana.

Pure cocoa powder has a slightly bitter taste. Possibly the one you bought was sweetened. Normally they should indicate if it is plain or sweetened Amel Susan pure cocoa powder is the one I use

Oluji Cocoa is the best 100% locally produced cocoa powder for now.
High protein & allows you control the sugar in your drink.

bitter to taste.

You need to add more milk & sugar to
enjoy its natural goodness & high protein
content.

Regular cocoa drinks like ovaltine™ and
Bournvita™ only contain about 20% cocoa,
while about 70% is just malted grains powder.
and then some small sugar & milk.

In foreign countries, cocoa powder is very
expensive.
