Maybe they worked on the road yesterday (Saturday) because I was there on Friday and the road had not been tarred. Yes, the drainage (gutter) is there, but not the tarred road.

I ordered something from Aliexpress on 19th June 2017. Since 3rd July 2017 the tracking has been stuck at "Arrival at processing center (Country code:NG)" as shown in the screenshot.
Please can anybody explain to me what it means?
