I wasn't going to comment on this issue, but after going through this whole thread, I am surprised people didn't see through the OP. The OP had a Lhasa Apso before that he wanted to sell before contacting this seller.

Obviously he knows that a Lhasa Apso is well suited indoors, so why didn't get another one or tell the seller he wanted a Lhasa Apso from the get go?

He also mentioned that he wants a tough dog that will be "indoor most times". Based on the fact that he had a Lhasa Apso before, he definitely doesn't consider it a "tough" dog.

I feel the buyer wasn't transparent, even if the seller has some fault.

How can you claim not to know dog breeds but you had a Lhasa Apso? Does that even make sense? He later told he wants a Lhasa Apso, the same Lhasa Apso the OP put up for sale on Nairaland. E no add up at all.
