I have a neatly used Z10 upgraded to OS 10.2 it's black and going for 55k last..i am in Abeokuta

I must warn that this upgrade is a battery killer especially when you use 3G half the time
.I already had to replace my Z10 battery less than 2 weeks into the upgrade

Would try connecting to the Internet this time around...

I already tried that..what it shows me is a screen searching for new software update and finally it restores the phone to factory settings...could it possibly be because the OS is a leak version?

For some reason I wanna downgrade my OS on my blackberry Z10 STL-100 back to the OS it came with from MTN..I'm presently running a leaked version of OS 10.2.0.1047...please does anybody know how to go about this?

Issue has been resolved it took a few calls to customer care tho..

I understand that MTN has resolved the network issues with blackberry but I am still unable to browse on my Z10..is anybody else experiencing this issue..

walcom did you see 4G on STL-100 Devices after the new upgrade to 10.2.0.1047? Of course i know that STL-100 may not have the hardware to support 4G??

maudoggs: Pls I do not know how to do a screen capture. Am a total novice on phone IT, just learning frm you guys. Pls hw do I do a screen capture? Secondly, I notice u guys talk about OS upgrade: what's that and is it necessary to carry out a upgrade or download recent OS?

you can do a screen capture by holding the volume up and volume down buttons together at the same time until u hear a camera click sound..captured files are automatically saved in your picture folders

Hello please does anybody else keep getting 6MB OS 10.1.0.273 BLACKBERRY 10 Applications update after a successful update to OS 10.1.0.273 on Blackberry Z10-STL-100

The total upgrade was 1016MB

I have done this for the umpteenth time and I wonder how many more till my update is totally successful?

Thanks that was very helpful. another issue is after the main OS 10.1 upgrade I still keep getting new blackberry application updates. They are mainly 6mb files and I don't understand why this is so?

I was finally able to get the OS 10.1 upgrade on my blackberry z10..seems to be working fine.. only problem is I don't know where the back button is in my browser. Anybody find a way through this yet?
