Car TalkRe: Urgent Help Needed! I Can't Kick-start My Mazda Millenia! by castro(op): 5:41am On Dec 05, 2016
AutoElectNG:
Which battery are you using to start this vehicle? The one stored for more than a year or a brand new one?

If it is the one stored for over a year, can you get it load tested? I did not say voltage testing, I said load tested.

If you cannot find a place to do load test of the old battery, then I suggest you replace the battery with new and if it still does not start, then we can go neck deep into proper starting system troubleshooting.

Is your charging system in order?

Get a competent electrician to go through the entire system.

Ensure that the charging system is ok, so we can concentrate on confirming if you have a starting system problem or something else?
Thanks. I will definitely look into that.

Hello guys, I have been reading some of the posts on this section and I believe I should be able to get a solution for my vehicle. I parked the car for more than a year when I went for a post graduate and ever since I returned I have tried to kick-start the vehicle. Initially it woul start but after a few minutes, it would rev but and then go off. Now it doesn't kick-start at all. One mechanic told me its ignition problem while another said its the nozzles. Pls who can tell me what the problem is?

HealthRe: Borehole Water Smelling Like Dead Rat by castro(m): 5:23am On Jul 03, 2016
Borehole water should be naturally purified from the eath fomation from where it is being abstracted. It is possible that the bh is shallow and may be getting its source from a near sewage source such as ur septic tank/soakaway pit or a nearby well where dead animal may be decomposing. I would not say more other than advice u to either pump the bh and drain all the water from the tank and also d bh. Even after that u can use moringa seeds or waterguard to kill germs. Odour like that may be caused by microorganims feeding and on organic matter thereby releasing malodourous gases. Take a sample and get a microbiologist to run bacteriological analyses to knw d exact microorganism present n how to purify ur wate source.

I like anambra ladies even though I'm from asaba in delta. Most of the ones I have met are pretty, intelligent and industrious. Keep d flame burning. I wouldn't mind getting married to a lady from ur state provided she is humble, God-fearing, responsible and hardworking.

My dear if u lay emphasis on chemical egineerig where would u place civl, mechanical and electrical? With civil engineering u can work in oil companies, factories, industries, power and communication firms, FCMGs,organisations like world bank, private firms like construction firms, cosultancy firms, environmetal firms and academic institutions like where I'm working. U can even practise on ur own because houses, roads, bridges dams, base stations etc would always be constructed. Do u know that as public health engineers we design systems that prevent diseases such as cholera, ebola, etc In this era of entrepreneurship, can a chemical engineer easily go into private practise? In short We Work anywhere the chemical engineer works with jara. Who designs systems that help to clean up oil spillage? Check ur list again and amend the needful. . cheesy tongue
