Hello VO

Thanks for taking your time to clarify as there are a lot of false information out there. If I understand what you stated, this means that the only change is that visa renewal have to be done within a 12 months window from the day ones visa expires. If I am wrong please clarify and elaborate.

Hello VO, I need some clarification. I was given a b2/b2 visa which I have used twice in the space of 6 months and on the second time I bought three cars for sale. Seeing how lucrative this is, I intend resigning from my job to go into the car business fully which will require that I travel every 3 months. Is this acceptable ? a friend advised I keep bill of lading for the cars that I buy for when I intend to renew.

Will I be violating my visa by engaging in business and yes my visa is b1/b2.

Its a certificate program in business analysis from the University of Washington and its stated clearly that although the program is open to international applicants with other visas, they do not issue out I20.

Hope this is sufficient.

Hello vo,

Although this may not be the appropriate forum for my inquiry but I do believe it is somewhat related.

I currently have a b1/b2 visa which will expire in jan 2018 and which I have also used for the purpose it was granted and I am happy to be back in Nigeria.

I came across a study program which will last 8 months beginning in oct this year but the institution offering this program does not provide i20 for f1 visa application for that program.

I want to know the appropriate steps to take if I still intend to pursue this program so as not to misuse my current visa.

Hope to hear from you soon.
