If Rohr set's up the team well, this current Super Eagles team will even perform better. zuchyblink: When we defeated Cameroon 4-0 in Uyo we all saw the massive contribution of Ighalo, Mikel and Moses. Can our current team defeat Cameroon by 4 unreplied goals? |

Thank you. Ighalo isn't needed, with the right midfielders and proper formation this Super Eagles team can win any team in Africa. Kog45: Bro I repeat it Odion is not better than Awoniyi with what am seeing right now, mind you as at last year I wouldn't have said this but now Odion should just continue his retirement in peace.
Odion really came into the party for eagles at Afcon 2019 and I really supported him when he was being backlash for that missed against Argentina.
I followed him right from U 20 team, his time in Italy,Spain,England and later China.I never rate him until he joined Watford and that strike against Cameroon convinced me more and capped it with wonderful Afcon outing.
Sir,presently we don't need him,pls for what,to come and warm bench for Victor Osimehn and waste the chances of young ones like Taiwo Awoniyi,Onuachu,Sadiq and Moffi who are even performing in their various leagues.
If I may ask did Odion Ighalo came good when he got his first invitation for eagles, honestly he was a late performer,so I don't buy your assertion that some players are club performance, pls give them the run first and let see what they got to offer. |

I'm telling you, young Nigerian and African players should be wise, those big clubs sign them as piece of business, they aren't given chance, from one loan to another. Young African players especially Nigerians should understand that they aren't from Brazil and Argentina and other South American countries, young players from South America are given chances in those big clubs compared to African players. ChrisKels: Arsenal came for Chuks and Osimhen too. Ajax and some other top European clubs renowned for youth developments outside the UK came for Nwakali. Omerou left his development in Belgium abi Netherlands to run to Chelsea. Bros, these things are all down to choice and foresight. |

Nigeria's best formation with the players in the current Super Eagles is 4-3-3,you can't have the present set of wingers in the team and be playing the 4-4-2 formation, even 3-5-2 formation that can comfortably accommodate Iheanacho is best used suited when the Super Eagles team is playing a very attacking minded team. Beloved3: I wonder what the future holds for Nacho in the national team. He was very poor in the last game and Ejuke came in and immediately made us better.
With Chuks on the horizon to return, Nacho might drop back to the bench. |

Lool...I posted something like this few days ago. ChrisKels: If CAR could apply the same tactics as they did in Lagos, this match could end in a goalless draw. Expect no magic from your clueless coach because he will be playing to avoid defeat, as he would be scared to surge forward so that thunder doesn't strike the same place the second time. |

Wilder is not overrated, AJ might find it difficult to win Wilder, fighting Fury who is 6ft 9 and has very good technique, foot work, speed and moves in the ring like he's 6ft. Wilder technique is poor because he started learning to box at 20 years of age,at an age when some boxers have started out their careers. In a boxing match between Wilder and AJ, I will put my money on Wilder. Kog45: ...and make AJ mop floor too.
Honestly abi AJ fan o but beating Fury would be like CAR beating Nigeria o
World want to see Fury and AJ fight especially the UK people.
Wilder overrated boxer with no technique...I see him losing to AJ too if they squabble up. |

The little creativity the Eagles had yesterday was from the wing especially Ejuke's wing, the midfield was not creative at all. JohnBullMySon: In the game I watched yesterday, creativity wasn't the main issue, but rather we were mostly unlucky in the box, thanks to a dogged and rugged defence. Saying creativity is the issue, is just looking for what to say. We did not play badly at all. But majority of you guys here only judge with goal and nothing else. CAR was just lucky. We can can still score them up to four goals with that same tactic. All it takes is a little more composure and seriousness in attack.
However, we must still think of new ways to destabilize a stubborn defence, especially when it is taking too long to score. |

cc12: When your midfield is thin and without any creativity? C.A.R. would repeat the same tactics they used against the Super Eagles in Lagos and might end up getting a draw. C.A R. have nothing to lose if the lose or draw. |
