We should learn how to appreciates those that are feeding the house with vital information than castigating them or calling them all sorts of names.Many guys are here to help others with great info that would make them to add more gears towards getting their dream job.By the way no one is forcing anyone to pay money for any slot so why are we draging ourselves backward than moving forward.Something is going in interior,but budget would play a significant role too or have we forgotten about those injured/dead victims,of course not,the immigration authority said they didnt capture them in 2015 budget ,so they said they have to capture them in 2016 before they would be able to absorb and pay them .

I don't believe that budget has anything to do with replacement bcuz even prior to this time paramilitary do replace in d middle of the year and budget has never affect them.
We are all claiming that we heard from different sources that there is replacement going on why are we now give useless excuses of budget.

Ministry of interior salary scale (CONPASS)
ND = 50 to 55
NCE/HND = 75 to 80
BSc = 115 to 120
Note: it depend on d arm u are (NPS,FFS,NIS,NSCDC)
Some HND courses are paying d same salary wt BSc (e.g Accounting, Engineering)

Take home Bsc for civil def is N121 after dem don minus wetin and wetin dem removed
while dat of NIS is N125 take home. I believe same range goes for FF and NPS.

They didn't stop and it is not on hold. They have concluded everything and the list have been compiled and stamped already. And let me reiterate that this time is not like other times where they (NPS, NSCDC, NIS) would want to start recruitment/replacement only for another issue to come in and put it on hold and then some scumbags on this thread would start scolding info-givers as fake just because it didn't materialized as said. FG has already given NSCDC the go-ahead to recruit by March, 2016, it all came out on PUNCH, DAILY TRUST and even BLUE PRINT Newspapers. The underlying fact is that it also include NIS. I don't know about FFS and NPS. FG doesn't care how they (NIS and NSCDC) want to carry out the process whether Recruitment OR Replacement. Go-ahead has been given and new intake shall resume camp by or before March, 2016. Your '10k personnel to be posted to Borno' sounds rather queer to me coz I doubt if you got the correct info.
