Frankly,it would do you great good if you ship it from the recommended location.
Difference in clearing cost could be up to N150k if the vehicle move on HOEGH.
Hoegh might tell you the vehicle would go to Tin-Can but I promise you it would be in Apapa command which is dreaded for Importers.

The cost from Galveston port, TX to Lagos, Nigeria is $1100. For easier clearing and lesser duty fee I will suggest you use Grimaldi and costs $950 to Nigeria from the Eastern ports i.e Baltimore, Jacksonville, Bayonne and Savannah ports. The cost includes sending the bill of lading to Nigerian address through DHL..

The cost to truck from Houston to JAX or other ports will negate any savings. Galveston is only about 50 miles $180 to truck from Houston. Jax $600. I'm a actually a dealer but first time buying from TX. Having some issues getting the title from the auction, that's why I need a shipper on ground in Houston to handle it. I believe the galveston rate you provided is for Hoegh? I always deal with ACL/EUkor/ Sallaum but they don't have sailing from TX.

You will make a shape like that at the waistline then extend the cut down whether straight or flared. Don't forget extra seam allowance when making princess cuts. You can also join the bottom of the dress from a six pice to line with the top princess cut.
