Kaimaonyeana:

White men built civilization not black men. 'Collectively' black men ain't worth a damn thing that is why y'all foam in the mouth when you hear feminism because the only people you've been able to control are black females, u dare not try it with white females and you know it. Meanwhile, white men are building civilization, building their societies, making laws favourable to their women and children. In general, making their lives better that is why u lots move there in droves and start claiming rights u never had in your shit hole country. During the end sars protest, i saw how peaceful and calm the protest was abroad compared to this stupid black country where the actual problem resides. There is no hope for the black race. At the end of the day, we are just spectators in this race called life 'collectively'. If black men put all the energy they use to advocate against feminism into the development of this race, i promise u racism will end and there will be no need for the #black lives matter mantra but no, u lots are busy getting so frustrated, entitled and angry about how women decide to use their God-given bodies. If it were possible for black men to act as puusymeter, they would gladly do since they are all obsessed with women's vagina. Pftttt
Collectively, u lots have failed and still failing, unfortunately.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Is It True That There Are A Lot Of 2.1 And 1st Class Graduates Without Jobs? by ccffwx: 6:21pm On Jan 11, 2021
It is very true. A first class graduate wants to impart that knowledge to other people by getting a lecturing job in a university. However, this has proven almost impossible given the rot in recruitment at Nigeria's tertiary institutions. Reputable journalists should try investigate recruitment into Nigerian universities.

So what would he/she do in the interim? Start off a business (the Nigerian alternative) while the brain that can be put to use solving Nigeria's problem wastes away.

This is the reality of most first class graduates. It's not what they can do very well that they are currently doing. Some are doing what they are not productive at (another field) or plain jobless hoping for a better Nigeria. It sounds unbelievable but it's real.

SW should leave SE alone biko. Most Igbos are business people who go about their businesses. Enough of always inciting hatred against Igbos who are peace loving people.

The best way to locate PhD students is to visit the website of the department and look through their list of PhD students. Almost all departments maintain such a list. From there, you can mail the students and ask what you want. Most of them do reply.

Thanks a lot.

If you have excellent CGPA in undergraduate and MSc with journals. Seek PhD abroad that comes with funding in countries like Canada, US or Europe. You will be glad that you never took a lecturing job in Nigeria.

I wish you all the best.

Thank you.

I have not given up hope on becoming a lecturer. I hold a Masters degree in English Language and Literature as well as a Bachelors degree in the same discipline. I graduated as Best Graduating Student, applied for GA at my Alma mater but it was an effort in futility. Hard to believe but I have documents to back up my claim.

I proceeded with Masters, published a book and wrote some articles in journals and festschrifts. To build experience, I focused on expanding my teaching career.

I am sincerely and really interested in lecturing at the university level. Anyone who can help should kindly do so. I have been applying to various universities but the Nigerian university system prefers connection to merit/ contribution to knowledge. Thank you.

Shame on you poster! Indirectly insulting Nigerian men as Zombies who take orders from women or are told what to do by women. Gosh!

In trying to desperately demonise Nigerian women, you just described yourself as weak and effeminate without a functioning brain to reason out life for yourself.

Politics / Re: Oyigbo: History Is Repeating Itself Again In Nigeria by ccffwx: 8:01pm On Nov 02, 2020
BENARI:
I've just seen a couple of videos of the barbarism and savagery going on in Oyigbo. It only reminds me of how today's Bokoharam metamorphosed from an ideology into a ruthless terrorist army.

I just wonder why we never learn from history. I'll be pleasantly surprised if this Oyigbo madness does not come back to hunt Nigeria, very very surprised.

It's such a pity we keep having foolish rulers who all they do is lay mines for the country and it's people.

I fear that a group either from within or outside ipob might emerge from this whole thing who may not be willing to take orders even from MNK.

Call me an alarmist, but I smell something coming.

Goodluck to everyone.

Yet to hear from you

In the good old days, civilians rarely see soldiers. in fact when soldiers enter a town people start running helter skelter. They said Na overfamiliarity dey kill. I bet you've never had a thing to do with the military. That's why you could even conceive such ideas. You think say Army Na police?. Ask Timaya what happened to his hometown in 1999. We no mind clear out a whole state and I repeat nothing go happen.

You are a powerless and deluded big fool. Clear out a whole state? You are a mad man. Even in the US and civilised climes, military personnel stand trial for their crimes against humanity. You're here bragging about carnage. I don't think you're in the military. Stupid kid.

OP you just voiced my concerns. If Aba boys move into Oyibo, this music may change o. I hope Wike calls the troops to order.

As far as I'm concerned though, Wike erratic nature may have failed him this time around big time. This might snowball into an Igbo Ikwerre conflict, and guess who enjoys the spectacle?

Wike had better thread carefully. He might incur the wrath of much more than Ipob.
