Berry, 57, was arrested Monday for allegedly rubbing his s*x organ against the door of a business in Lantana, Fla.

According to the probable cause affidavit obtained by The Huffington Post, a witness observed the suspect attempt to open the front door of the business, the name of which has been redacted.

When he couldn’t, he whipped out his own knob and started to, as the report describes it, “hump the front door in a vulgar manner.”

After completing his front door banging — which was reportedly captured on the witness’ iPhone — Berry walked over to a nearby bus stop and sat on the bench.

The arresting officer confronted the suspect and asked him if he had recently explosed his private parts, to which, Berry allegedly said, “Yes, I have a mental problem.”

The officer said Berry continued to make similar statements before he was arrested for exposing his s*xual organs.

Berry was subsequently taken to the Palm Beach County Jail, then released two hours later. No word on the condition of the jail doors after his brief visit.

Officials of the Lagos State Taskforce on Environmental and Special Offences (Enforcement) Unit arrested the 33-year old driver, Sunday Ogunola on Monday with passengers in his bus who were unaware that he was deaf and dumb.

The driver is also married to a deaf and dumb woman and has two kids and is also pregnant.

At the time of his arrest, Ogunola was driving a Volkswagen faragon bus painted in the state’s colour, with registration XW 724 EKY.

The culprit has been driving since 1999 and has no valid driver’s licence.

Taskforce Chairman, Bayo Sulaiman said he was shocked that the driver could not hear or speak when asked questions, saying that he constituted serious danger to life and safety of passengers.

He lamented that despite his predicament, he drove on the BRT lane, which was why he was arrested initially, adding that he has been driving for a long time.”

“When we asked him questions, he could reply us. He cannot even hear or speak but he can write. We don’t expect him to be driving other people. He cannot even come up with a valid driver’s licence.

“He is liable for his action. He was arrested with passengers in his bus on BRT lane. We are going to look for the owner of the vehicle and charge him to court. We are holding him back here so that we can get the owner of the bus,” Sulaiman said.

Police said a Marshall County, Alabama teen raped his mother for revenge after an altercation with his brother.

Police said 19-year-old Gary Helms, Jr., raped his 45-year-old mother at the trailer park in Willow Terrace Doyle Drive in Albertville. It is a twisted crime that police said Helms admits.

"From what I understand the rape stemmed from an argument between him and his brother. And apparently they were arguing over a girlfriend. And the rape was some sort of revenge against his brother," Sgt. Jamie Smith of the Albertville Police Department said. It was an unusual retaliation on an innocent victim.

Authorities said Helms' mother was apparently passed out drunk on the couch when the rape started. "During the attack she has come to recognize the assailant was her son," Smith said. That's when, according to the police report, the mother "tried to escape, but she was held down until the act was completed." "It's totally sick is what it is," Smith said.

Doctors believe the child is fine and will suffer no long-term effects, but that wasn’t clear at the time. The child was rushed to the hospital where doctors discovered she had a body temperature of just 84 degrees.

A Chinese teenager who jumped from a third-floor window in a suicide bid after learning that her boyfriend is married was saved by a giant pillow.

The 19-year-old Chinese woman threatened to launch herself from the building after discovering her partner had a wife and a ten year old child.

She clambered out onto a metal pole and threatened to jump.

Despite attempts to talk her down from the ledge in an apartment block in Hangzhou, capital of eastern China's Zhejiang Province, she thew herself from the block.
But meanwhile firefighters had set up a massive air cushion below and the woman landed safely, escaping uninjured.It is unclear whether the woman has intended to reach the pillow or if she had launched a genuine attempt on her life.

The air cushion measures roughly 6 metres by 7.5 metres and 2.75 metres high, and is capable of absorbing the shock of a body falling from 10 floors.

Firefighters in eastern China have rescued an abandoned newborn baby boy lodged in a sewage pipe. The infant was stuck in a pipe directly beneath a toilet commode, state television reported, in a case which has sparked anger on social media sites. There are frequent reports in Chinese media of babies being abandoned, often shortly after birth.

BBM has been one of BlackBerry OS most popular features, years before there was iMessaging, Viber, or WhatsApp. Today, at the company's annual Blackberry Live 2013 conference, CEO Thorsten Heins announced that this summer they will make the trademark BlackBerry messaging service available as a third-party app to the two most popular smart platforms - iOS and Android.

Initially, the BlackBerry Messenger or BBM, as it's more commonly known, will only support BBM chats, multi-person chats, voice note sharing, and BlackBerry Groups, where BBM users are able to set up groups to share calendar, photos, files, etc.

However, as Heins stated on stage, they have plans of making BBM as fully featured on those other platforms as possible. BlackBerry has plans to expand the functionality of the iOS and Android apps with some of the new BBM features such as Voice and video calls, Screenshare, and the just announced Channels. These will come as subsequent updates.

Such a sad story to report but it will definitely end well in Jesus name...Amen. Nwanchukwu Ozioko, popularly known as Vast from the popular singing group, Bracket, has been diagnosed with Lymphoma, a type of cancer of the blood. (Please Google it)

The singer was diagnosed in February this year after suffering serious body pains, headaches, non stop coughing, loss of weight and weakness while in Paris for a show. He flew to London where a test conducted determined he had cancer. Vast has been receiving treatment at the Wellington Hospital in the UK since February and I hear he's responding very well to treatment. He has undergone 4 cycles of chemotherapy with each cycle costing about N1.4million. He will do a few more before returning to Nigeria next month.

The sad part I hear from sources close to the singer is that he actually went to a hospital in Nigeria late last year when he started losing weight and feeling weak. They conducted a test on him but it took them forever to come back with the test result. Over three months actually. By then the cancer had spread to his liver

5. When shorty in the red asked, "You f-cked her two days ago?," he is heard saying "Yeah." Fam, plead the fifth. Hell, play dumb. Nevertheless, he should have referred back to No. 4.

6. After catching numerous blows to the dome (the belt was promptly tossed in favor of fists), son says "Hold up...my eye." To which shorty in the pink responds in kind with, "F-ck your eye, ni--a." Dude's only feasible play at this point was to make a run for it while they were distracted. He did not.

7. We must point out that the girl in the pink top who swung the Arizona bottle (it's plastic, not that it matters) caught homeboy flush to the head. However, the second swing actually looks like it caught her fellow fighter in the red. It doesn't appear like girl in the pink really minded, just saying.

8. Son really should have gotten thee f-ck outta Dodge when he saw whoever it is laughing hysterically was taping this entire incident on their phone. It's 2013, not getting Woldstarred is a way of life.

9. Homeboy gets props for not laying hands on these out of pocket girls (women don't hit guys out of scorn, sorry). However, getting your @ss whipped on camera is lame.
