I came across this barbaric act on one of our Hausa Unity groups; where Hausawa share any information that affects Hausa (and strictly Hausa) people, without considering religion.

So for those trying to rationalize the brutality meted on those people by making reference to the guns, your argument is flawed.

The hunters were traveling in broad daylight, without expecting anything bad to happen, because they thought people are sensible enough to know danger when they see it. They believed that they were not a threat to anyone. They were wrong, because sense has since left certain places (Uromi in this case).

If indeed they were kidnappers, would they have submitted to the vigilante for checks? And when the guns were discovered, would they have allowed themselves to be killed without killing as many as their guns can take down?

Edo state should await the decision of the Hausa mother group. This matter will be approached and resolved completely, legally of course.
