Hi everyone, I’ve been having a serious issues with my prepaid meter from MOJEC. I’ve called IKEDC to come and check what the issue is but they all say they don’t know. They changed the breaker on the meter twice and entered tamper code but the issue still persists.

The issue happens randomly, the meter trips on and off however it likes. And the CIU unit keeps blinking a circuit open icon on and off. It keeps beeping also for about 1 minute before it stops.

When I enter 00 or 000 on the CIU unit, the light briefly comes on but immediately goes back off.
