@user32 b4 u do what wilfem has told u to do. Check if ur phone is branded by any network like vodafone,orange,3,if ur phone is branded, then u have to debrand it with nss before u update. If u have a laptop and u can browse on it with starcom, mtn, zain etc, then call me dis nite on free call so dat i can help u

N82 uses the same tv out cable with n95,n96,5800,n79,n85 etc and its 4pin. 3pin wont work, there are tv out cables outside that are not made by nokia.the work too . But make sure its a 4 pin

There 3 types of tv out cable . 1. CA-92U for 6220c,6500 etc 2. CA-75U for 5800,N96,N85,N97,N86 etc 3. CA-64U for N93 and N93i.

@mr info the tv out cable in ur photo above is not for n96 but for n93 and n93i . Go to computer village. The same street where slot is. Then open this link and show them the photo of the cable http://images.channeladvisor.com/Sell/SSProfiles/72000721/Images/4/Nokia%20TV%20Out%20Cable%20CA-75U.jpg there is a box inbetween the cable, the name u will find on it is CA-75U. Make sure the cable socket fits well where u plug in ur eairpiece. price from N1000 to N1500
