Do a research on OANDO.

if you are so sure of your project return potentials.

1. You can give him a debenture priced at minimum of MPR +( X ) e.g if MPR is 10 then you may put X at 20 making return on his fund to be 30% p.a

2. To play safe you may combine stock option and debenture ( convertible or not convertible) in the form 10% stock of N1 each + debenture @ N100 par value ( priced MPR+ 20 to 30 % p.a )

above all involve a company lawyer to help you also draw up a shares purchase agreement.

wishing you all the best as you close the deal to your mutual advantages.

Another Answers smiley -

1. You'll Need your Travel Documents e.g Passport and yellow vaccination card. if none, then have at least your I.D Card.

2. Hotels options are plentiful near the museum .. try google 'Paloma Hotel Spintex' if its expensive... then am sure you would surel get cheaper options around.

3. (One) 1 Ghanaian Cedi equals
82.91 Nigerian Naira (you can google that). Change cash at Aflao border if possible.. or right from Nigeria (at probably car park) Change with Hausas only pls (experience*).

4. Taxi costs Between Gh5 to Gh10 ( including Uber Taxis).

5. Almost all main Restaurants in the city centre are cool. Then the food depends on your choice. varieties from Kenke to Waakye to Desserts to Swallows back.. Depends on type of restaurants. Walk down the Streets of the Castle Ridge. Visit the Independence Square and Take Pictures there (Its a Must!).

6. Don not go near Ghettos.. any dirty place in Accra is no go area. And never near dark places t night. Accra is well Illuminated at night so follow Lights as Light is Life.

7. Smile always.. Do not try taking photos at borders. (if you go by air then make sure you book morning fight and its itenaries).
*You may also consider not showing your passport at all at Aflao border.. especialy when you are going in (5-10 cedis is enough for the 'stress' Nigerian Passport pass trough at that border').

P.S : Chairman Pack your Bag, You are Good to Go !

Interesting to know and a delightful expose.

Thanks.

Romance / Re: If Love Is Not Enough For Marriage, What Is? by ceeteed(m): 9:10am On Jun 06, 2017
Perspectives:

Your advice is priceless sir. I appreciate.

Lalasticlala, I think a lot of people need to see this.

Just to Add a Little to the Guide

To answer The Who and How Question of choosing a spouse, you may try the under listed.

1. Have an Idea of the type of lady you could marry in mind.

2. Reduce the Qualities that summarizes the person to just 3 that you feel you cannot compromise on (e.g God fearing, Great cook, Natural Home maker, Integrity, Self Driven and Motivated, Hardworking, Simple and down to earth, Thrifty, Native Intelligence, Humorous, Introvert , Extrovert, Fat, Slim, Fair, Dark Skin, First born , Last Born, Middle position etc)

3. If God fearing is critical to you for instance -

a. Test the person on this.
b. A test i recommend in this area is to ask the person to relate a story of when a friend/somebody has failed her and what her reaction was. c. When you have your take away from the chat run it for validation check from any live instance you observe.
d. The take away from this is that if she is vengeful and cannot forgive people who wronged her and move on, that is a class you may find yourself in future if she feels you have committed a cardinal sin against her.

4. Finances - Is the person ostentatious, reasonable in demand, love to share, plan to spend, stingy, spendthrift, wasteful, gluttonous, practical, compulsive, impulsive, materialistic etc.

a. if Reasonable in demand and not materialistic (she will support you to build easily)
b. if compulsive and ostentatious (she will be a heavy demand on your finances for materialistic things and may not be easily disposed to building with you)

Above is just in addition.
