The camera of the c8 is actually better than the camera of other affordable smartphones sold at same price. Camera that even beat Sony Xperia C3 that's sold at times two the price. How about that?

this update can only come up on tecno phones that came with Android 5.0 pre-installed on them. you can't get updates to lollipop if you're on kitkat

Overall camon performance is enough reason to make me buy this Phantom 5 though. It's not like I want to use it till 2020 like some people. It wasn't designed for everyone also. But the Camon's general performance along side that of the Boom J is convincing enough that my money wouldn't in anyway go to waste with the Phantom 5.

On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate the Camon a 7. I can't imagine what the Phantom's rating would be.

hardware plus software makes a great device else some people with high end pc wont be complaining about windows 8.i know what i said bro! You think updates are rolled out just so you can install a new operating system?? NO!!! Some updates are rolled out to fix major flaws in an existing os eg battery life,security issues,camera improvement,better and smooth ui.....before condeming tecno have used four different device manufactured by them they all have one similar problem-the ui breaks down at some point-"unfortunately system ui has stopped"sometimes using a high res image breaks down the ui you will then have to fomart the phone tru recovery,in my case i was unclucky formatting didnt solve mine i had to dispose the device.all am tryna say is its better to stick to something then make it perfect than having so many imperfect things.you get the message?

Very make sense post. I noticed my Camon C8 update today. Improving the camera and optimizing the apps and stuff like that. Using a near perfect OS is almost better than wanting bugged upgrades for no entire purpose
