Judging from the line running through the stomach(linea ligra) and the size of her nose, this woman had just given birth not long ago and was actively breastfeeding a baby judging from the size of the breast after transformation. The breasts were engorged with breastmilk. I guess she has weaned her baby now. Kudos to her sha. I really hope to lose such weight postpartum

My Bs.
So, my early scan edd was 23rd, Lmp edd was 28th & late scan edd was 29th, i jus confuse which one to believe. 23rd passesd & nothing, Was nervous because I wanted 2 hv d baby Asap mk i fit utilise my mat leave well.
So fast forward to 29th morn by 3am, I went 2 pee 2x & started having serious menstral cramps /contractions around 4am. I was glad it was coming & I was saying 2 myself 2 embrace the pain that its what I hv been praying 4. The contractions became about 15mins apart so I dashed 2 d hospital, by 5.50am, while on d road I was partially limping cos of d contractions, lol. Got 2 d hospital by 6am, nurse checked me & said that I will hv d baby today, I was so glad. She told me I was 5cm dilated & prayed with me. God bless that nurse.
As at then, no mucous plug , no gushing water, jus crazy contraction. Mehhn, it became so painful & 2mins apart & I was screaming 2 poo. She told me not 2 push yet 2 avoid tears dt she will guide me. She led me to d delivery room & nutured my vjay , put 1ml pitocin in drip & asked me 2 push. 3 pushes & my ds jumped out with a whoosh of water, lol at exactly 7am dt same morn weighing 3.5kg. Placenta came out 10mins later. I hd jus one small.
It was a hebrew delivery becos I was like dem that dream.

Praise the Lord, its a boy. He came this morn by 7am weighing 3.4kg. Bs later

Like seriously, this false labour thing don deal with me. Last Wednesday I thought baby was gonna pop out when I was in the toilet cos contraction and nauseousness no be here, I was begging baby to be a bit patient let me go and complete baby things on Saturday oo. Still having small small contraction once in a while. Went to see doc on Friday and he said it was normal and placed me on weekly antenatal checkup.

About the househelp.
If you can get a cleaner in a school. I know that they do weekend jobs. Clean the whole house, wash clothes ( or better still use a machine, the semi automatic one is like 30-50k at LG).
Cooking is optional

Or be like me
- I cook soups once a month. Ogbono, egusi, eforiro, egusi ijebu (5 portions each), plenty ewedu and refrigerate. ( to keep the freshness, refrigerate while it os still very hot)That way I dont get to cook weekly. Only stew which is a sharp sharp thing.
- I always machine wash. If NePa like,let dem take light for 2 weeks.
- I clean before the house gets dirty. Pick dirts, wipe tables, arrange ...and arrange so YES , I can go a full week before sweeping. And guess who sweeps? My husband. He helps @ home too.
- Breakfast is always cereal. For everybody. It reduces the time I have to spend with the cooker. I dont get to cook till like 11/12 on weekends.
- I got a Sexondary School teenager to iron my clothes and wash my car. I pay him a token weekly. I cannot waste valuable time @carwash and ironing makes me dizzy.
- Someborri picks my beans for me. I buy plenty and beg plenty ppl to come and pick beans. It can last for almost 2 months as long as its in the deep freezer.
- I love kitchen appliances. If these 4 spoils, I dont wait a week till I get a new one.
Blender ( blends sharp sharp pepper, crayfish an peels beans for Saturday moimoi )
Rice cooker. Cooks rice without burning. Cooks yam, beans, indomie...name it. So I can put food in it and dont have to keep checking that its not burning. Will also warm all frozen foods.
Deepfryer(my most prized) fries neatly and no need to turn or hide for hot oil. Very fast too, 3 minutes can fry dodo/ chips so far the oil is hot.
Electric kettle....eba straight in 5 minutes.
Buh all na if light dey, my ppl no dey chop dodo if we no get light o, na boil I go boil for them.
- I also declutter the house like every 3 months. No junk anywhere. If you see me keep anything, na wetin my pikin use remain or go still use.
My husband sef dey always fight me say I too dey dash ppl things.
If there is no junk, trust me there will be no need to clean everytime.

I just got an 02 camry which happened to be my 6th car but 1st Toyota. I drove it for d 1st time and heard lots of noise like bad absorbers noise. On taking it to d mech he checked and said its d linkage both front and rear. He totally yanked of a thin rod stretching from left to right rear wheel wit som moveable joints and told me there was no need to replace it.
He claimed its not my absorbers and its a common camry prob starting from 97 tiny light up and replacing it wud just amt to a waste of money cos in a few mths d noise wud continue.
But in all honestly I drove it and d noise from d rear reduced drastically.

You asking means that you are not sure removing the part totally is a good idea and you are right. I has same issues last month and my mechanic chained the back rod. He said it was very necessary to have a functional back rod to ensure proper balance of the car. Never mess with your wheels because the hazard that could cause is deadly.

well nothing do am at 40psi. The difference is not much cos at 35psi the tire still looked kind of flabby. But I still try anyway whether you like it or not.
