Some people might even qualify but in as much there departments has Exceeded limits there might not be chances for them, and I don't think dey can fix them to another department

At times it might even depends on the department they needed you guys from, you know all the departments cant have the same number of officers and considerations will comes in from tise angles as well

That's why they said the 1st will compliment the 2nd

1. The first screening will see some applicants complement what's left of the second.
2.the last board meeting took more consideration of the second screening.
And las las we fit reach November cos if list comes out in 2 weeks time , that's October already and 2 weeks to prepare that's November o.

1. It means they will use the 1st screening to fill the remaining gap in the 2nd screening, definitely the people in the 2nd screening are having beta chances than the 1st screened people
2. The 2nd screening list � is full of names of the people related to those Oga at the top, that's why you see them making heavy announcements for applicants to show up for the screening they even extend the daylte and days self, since then I have known something is wrong somewhere
