Please if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your recent payment changed from "processing" to "failed" you will be paid if you were previously paid, otherwise you will be paid subsequently as backlog.
The issue was from the internet connectivity when payment was disbursed, since the entire payment is being made at once, affected Npower Batch C Volunteers should exercise patience as the payment is been repeated, NASIMS Npower management is extremely careful not to pay volunteers that had already been paid, after sorting out Npower volunteers with payment issues the payment process is repeated and Npower Batch C Volunteers should receive payment when the process is repeated.
This process can take several weeks due to the large volume of Npower Batch C Volunteers affected, that is why most times the process is repeated during the next payment, that is around middle of the month to avoid any issue of double payment.
Although payment is ongoing and you might still be credited regardless of your payment status, I repeat, provided all your account informations are correct you will definitely be paid, those Npower volunteers that recently changed their account names will not be paid unless their new account names match the names on their Npower NASIMS portal. If you have incorrect account number, and incorrect account names you will not be paid unless you contact Npower NASIMS at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or dedicated support center: 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189

As we speak exited Npower Batch A and Npower Batch B volunteers have started receiving their 5 months outstanding stipend, this is coming as Npower NASIMS announced this few hours ago, if you are an Npower Batch A and B volunteer and yet to receive your 5 months backlog payment please exercise patience and continue to check your bank account balance as you will be paid, the payment as we speak is ongoing and every bonafide Npower Batch A and B volunteer will be paid their entitlements.
If you are a non graduate under the Npower non graduate category and you have not yet been posted please exercise patience and continue to check your deployment tab, for updates on posting and training schedules, the criteria for payment of all non graduate category is their posting, if you have not been posted you will not receive any form of payment. Payment will commence after posting and all non graduates are entitled to ₦10000 monthly stipend for a duration of three months plus another phase of nine months making twelve months in total.

Please any Nexit Batch A or B should affirm this. Thank you.

Yes choose any govt school close to you.
* Get an acceptance letter carrying your name and Npower registration ID from the school. This letter MUST be signed by the head teacher. Also, the letter MUST be printed on the school's letter headed paper.
* Get your downloaded PPA letter signed by your original PPA contact person. Tell the person to reject you.
* Login to your self service portal, and click on redeployment.
* Upload the two letters in their respective box; each not more than 200kb.
* Immediately you upload them, you'll see something like this, "apply for redeployment". Click on it and choose your new PPA. Remember, this new PPA is the same school that gave you the acceptance letter.
* After this, wait patiently for your deployment status to be updated to that of your new PPA.
* Once that is done, download the new PPA letter and take it to your new PPA for signing by the head teacher.
* Lastly, re upload the newly signed PPA letter.

You are uploading them separately cos they both have their respective box where you're expected to upload them. However, each must not be more than 200kb.
After your uploading, a box reading "apply for redeployment" will pop up. Click on it to select your new PPA.
After this, you wait patiently for your deployment status to be updated to that of your new PPA, and you're to re download your new PPA letter carrying the name of your new PPA.
