Good day friends. I have a question which requures an urgent answer. I am set to travel to USA by January with a student visa to attend a community college in New York. Am I allowed to book a one-way ticket? Also, will paying part of my school fees before travelling help my case?

Hello. My program start date is on the 6th of September and the next available interview date is on the 28th of August. I intend to apply for a visa expedition. In the event that it is not approved, will there be enough time for me to go for an interview and get the visa before the start date?

I was accepted into a school without taking a Toefl or IELTS test ( I presented a note from my high school demonstrating profeciency in English ). Will this affect my interview in anyway? Will the officer insist on seeing a TOEFL score?
