Now for clarity, I know nothing about YAN purse, and I say this with God as my witness. The only time I mentioned money was when we were discussing about registering YAN with CAC at abuja. I told emma and others that I have a job aside my writing/blogging career, that I hardly get chance, and that I hate handling public fund to stay clean, which was the reason I appointed a female member living very far to be YAN treasurer. She lives in enugu, I live some thousands miles away from her, we hardly communicate. All funds are handled by her and the new leadership.


The only time I intervened was when we were discussing the CAC registration, I told emyo that I have registered my own personal company and another as joint company with my brother, and that it cost so so n so, YAN members said why not I do it through my personal lawyer that registered mine, I said no, let the officials do it. We delegated a female member, she was to go to CAC office at abuja from kaduna or so, there is no way she could do that with her money, the organization needs to transport and feed her.

I discussed it with the president of YAN, peaceworld, he agreed, I wanted to send her my own personal money so they won't tamper YAN purse, but there was no chance for me to even go cos I was out of town then on work assignment, so I suggested to peaceworld that why not YAN give the lady going to abuja 2k for trans, he agreed, and I guess he instructed the treasurer a female to give the lady 2k, that was all I know, and God is my witness.


I have never tot of getting kobo from YAN from day one, all I wanted is bring young authros together and we jointly promote our works and get published too.

If you look at my signature, you will see- IFF (inspired friends foundation), I formed that NGO when I was a student like you out of my meager pocket money n income. I organized my friends, I made someone the treasurer but 95% of IFF fund belongs to me.

Right from birth, God blessed me with the zeal of helping others even when I have little. I hardly gain a dime from people. I have helped a lot of people for free- some are beyond this boundary via my sole help and I haven't gotten a dime from them.

When I was in school like u, I was a leader in so many associations- ROTARACT, fellowship, department exco, etc. I refused to collect sitting allowances as a school exco till I graduated just becos my president became corrupt n refused to do all that our party promised. God is my witness, I contested and won for that post, but I never functioned cos I saw that they weren't clean, I dropped, only my name existed there cos I have integrity.


During NYSC, I was the president of MDGs in my state of deployment right from camp, I was the platoon leader, parade commander, zonal clo and lga clo, NCCF evangelism coordinator, I have never eaten a dime from public office cos that's my motto. I have integrity and I fear God.


In my church I am the youth president, if you care to know is a big church and I held the church yout fund for close to a year, big money and the very day I was called for it, I brought it out with addition.


You accusing me falsely to catch fun, believe me if you do not apologize, God will visit you in His wrath soon, wait and see. Keep enjoying. Just becos I advised you for good, its well.

I had no other motive when I formed YAN other than to bring aspiring youth authors who are gifted but had no avenue to be published, to jointly uplift ourselves by bringing our dreams of becoming published authors to a reality. Before this, I meditated on how Heinneman publishers discovered Chinua Achebe and other African writers via their early 50s African series which had been shut down, so I thought of initiating something like that to assist me in promoting my works when I publish them and to also assist other young aspiring authors to become published and promoted.

God in heaven is my witness. Members started bringing in politics, I sensed it and asked them to give me the right to be a sort of supreme leader to control and guide our goals so it doesn't get ruined, some objected, majority in fact, I dropped the idea and called for a democratic election, people refused to vote judiciously, and again I was called upon to intervene, I then decided to choose the leaders by selection, of which I asked for their permissions and they granted it.

If I had an uterior motive, I would have made myself the treasurer or even the secretary. Are you aware that I hold no post other than publicity manager in YAN? All membership registration fees were paid to a jointly-accepted female member's account pending when we open our corporate account with I kept lamenting on, and due to some challenges with leadership after I made the appointment and handed over to the new leaders, we couldn't open the account even though all requirements were ready remaining the signatories which I indicated that I have no interest, so sir how again do I have a hidden agenda other than to promote my literary works and that of other members through joint efforts?

I repeat, my only mistake was befriending a female member, even though it was not even intimate, no meet-up, just an e-friendship which got ruined openly here on nairaland. Pls let's not open up healed wounds cos we all have learnt from our past mistakes.

I am aware that some people maybe thinking like you that I have bad motive for YAN, how and why? Emma, a.k.a emyo is the only that I do communicate with often on this cos he has passion for it, others are via sms n emails n few calls, so I wonder who is feeding you with whatever devilish lies you have in your cupboard.


My final words to you, myself and every other male reading this.

Stop feeling like a heroe when you have sex with a girl because you ought to feel remorse, and even be in sober mood for defying your own body, spirit and soul for a few minutes fun. The more you sleep with girls, the more you give out your God-given talent, virtue, and gifts- you keep sharing it and it keeps going down.

I know it is difficult, but it is possible and practicable to be in a relationship without sex, try it and see. Why must you sleep with a girl outside marriage, what for? Does it make you bigger or even filthy? It makes you the later if you don't know.

Pre-marital sex has ruined so many lives- intelligent students end up being average students struggling to make Cs. Wonderful vocalists ends up being ordinary band members. Great singers end up becoming stage performers. Great inventors end up becoming panel beaters. It has made great writers to end up as columnist, while it has defied so many women.

Help the girls to flee from pre-marital sex, stop deceiving them with words just because nature made them to be vulnerable to soft words.


And to the ladies, pls try and zip up, go back to God for real, God exist don't be fooled. Respect your body, say no and stand by it, believe me he will be left with no option than to follow the exit door and believe me he is not the man for you, wait, your best is yet to come.
