Then pictures from our foundation filing works as of today.

What is the benefits of using sharp sand for filling as against laterite or red sand?

since sharp sand is twice the price of red sand or laterite, I struggle to see the benefits.

please share.

thanks

Hi Superstars,

we are doing the ironworks for a foundation, its about 2m in height, being that its a waterlogged area of magboro, lagos ibadan road.

now the panel supplier is charging 1k/sqm, calculation for sqm for the framing is about 355sqm.

is this a fair price?

where else can I get a panel for use, so i can do a comparison of the prices.

We can create as many exits as we want when we start building. For now we can only afford one entrance. I have a plan to buy more plots at the back of this one.

Ok, Please I would be interested when you extend the estate.. but for me I am very safety cautious, I would like to see some safety considerations.

More of the excavation

I have a 16meters x 36meters plot of land and I want to fit 4 nos 3 bedroom all room ensuite flats and an 6rooms ensuite rooms at the back.

the spec of the 6rooms is each room would have a kitchen and a toilet/bath

the 6 rooms, would be 3 rooms on ground floor and 3 rooms upstairs. for the flats its 2 flats down and 2 flats upstairs.
there should be atleast sufficient parking as well, while obeying the building rules.

My question
1) is it even possible to have all these on the aforementioned plot size?
2) is it possible that all the rooms would be standard size?
3) is there any sample of such diagram anywhere here?
