Titian22:
Most Esan people are like that even those I have seen in lagos they rather claim to be yoruba than edo.

Same thing happened to Asue Ighodalo that oshomhole and apc used against him. He can speak yoruba fluently but can't speak Esan his language and all this while his impact wasn't felt in esan land. Now in 2024 he came wanting to be governor of edo state.

By large education and achievements wise he is miles ahead of Okpebelo but being that the later is a home boy thoroughly bred Esan man that stood also as an advantage for him.

I think the only edos you'll see despite where they're they also identify with home are the Binis, and some tribes from edo north

Notwithstanding I wish oshimen well in neglecting his state and local government of origin
it’s very common with people from the old bendel state

Many of those kids doesn’t even know where their ancestral homes are. Go places like Aj, Orile, Mushin dem full there. Year to year their parents don’t take them home

There was a video recently where a journalist went to his hometown in Esanland and noticed not even a single block has been built in his father's village in Esan and all his father's kinsmen were all complaining.
Also, Osimhen despite claiming Edo State has never done anything meaningful to Edo State or her youths. Later in life when maybe he finds himself in politics and wants to contest he will remember that he is from Esan in Edo State. Same thing Ighalo and some others has done. When the time comes in the future, we will play their records for them. Make them continue to the form Omo Lagos
this is one of the problems with a lot of kids born and bred in Lagos. They are almost the same with kids groomed overseas who doesn’t care about their ancestral homes but country/city of birth

Osimhen sees himself more like a lagosian than an Esan boy. He will only remember his roots when he is done with his career and harbour the ambition to venture into politics Na then lagosians/yoruba folks go remind am of where he is from 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ademola Lookman is on Arsenal’s radar, but there are some doubts within the club about pursuing a move for him.

Mbappe Hattrick. Yamal magic. Barca Remontada. Barca wins again.

That game yet again didnt fail to delight.

Now later this month another kind of Classico go happen.

The "L" Classico. 😂

Upgrade in what? Respect? Finance? Status? That's a club whose president does business like a cartel boss o

At Lookman's age stability is very necessary
lookman no be osimhen

Napoli did osimhen dirty doesn’t imply thats how they treat their players. The club chairman is just been greedy and trying to milk as much cash as he can for the club with osimhen’s sale which is normal to a certain extend.

If Napoli are serious about having lookman and puts a good offer for him on the table he should grab it. Napoli is and will always remain top contenders in serie A with UCL football assured every season

He can only reject Napoli is offers comes from other bigger teams such as Inter Milan, PSG, Liverpool,ATM, Juventus etc

And I still maintain my stand, Lookman moving from Atalanta to Napoli is a big career leap both financially and respect wise

Besides two stories are not always d same ,because say dem treat osimhen badly no mean say dem go treat lookman like dt too
instead of him returning to England to play for clubs like Fulham, Forrest, Newcastle, Everton it’s better he signs for Napoli or any other big club in serie A, Laliga or Bundesliga

Napoli have made a proposal to Atalanta for Ademola Lookman.

25M € + RASPADORI

The club has not yet responded, but is inclined to refuse. The tendency is for a request between 35M € + RASPADORI.

Bayer Leverkusen are aware of Newcastle United's strong interest in Victor Boniface, but there have been no negotiations between the clubs so far. A €50m fee could be in line with Bayer 04's expectations though.
