Abbey4j:That's true I realized that the websites for the police certificate are all part of the scam. I paid the 5k to the emerald attorneys and I was given a tracking ID which is supposed to be used to track my PCC. After this, everything didn't add up I had to check the said emerald attorneys on LinkedIn and I saw nothing. I decided to check the Dr. Uhuru Bali of the "UN Africa" and not even and online presence. It dawned on me that I've been scammed. For others that are yet to fall for this scam run. |
For starters, Ibeju-Lekki is one of the 20 Local government areas in Lagos State Nigeria. There is a Free Trade Zone located in the heart of the Local government. Meanwhile, a free trade zone is a class of special economic zone, a geographic area where goods may be imported, stored, handled, manufactured, or reconfigured and re exported under specific customs regulations and generally not subject to custom duties. Ibeju-Lekki is home to home to very big Companies like Power Oil and the Dangote refinery and fertilizer plant, being the most popular. The Dangote refinery alone has the capacity to drive massive economic and infrastructural development in the Local government. Also with the proposed density of large corporations to commence business in the FTZ, Ibeju-Lekki would become a prime Investment hub in Africa in a matter of years. The Dangote refinery is a massive project which cost the behemoth around $15 billion. The fertilizer plant commenced operation in the first quarter of of this year (2021), with the refinery set to commence operations fully by the first quarter of 2022. This singular Investment is set to create at least seventy thousand direct jobs. Now this is only Dangote. There are other companies with massive Investments in the FTZ. WHAT DOES ALL THESE MEAN FOR REAL ESTATE ?? For lovers of real estate and investing, this simply means that the demand for properties is going to be astronomical in the coming months and years, and the prices of Properties would grow exponentially. The law of demand and supply states that when the demand for a product is higher than it's supply, the price would increase. It's inevitable what's going to happen in Ibeju-Lekki in the coming months and years. The quality of companies located at the FTZ would spur the drive and demand for prime real estate and the prices would increase and those who bought early enough would reap their rewards. There are other massive projects happening at the Lekki FTZ. They include: THE LEKKI DEEP SEAPORT: This project takes pride in being the deepest and largest seaport in Nigeria when completed. It is currently being developed by private investors funded by a consortium of Banks. This project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2023. THE FOURTH MAINLAND BRIDGE: This project would connect the Ibeju-Lekki with Ikorodu, connecting the Lagos mainland and Island. THE LEKKI INTERNATIONAL AL CARGO AIRPORT: This would serve the Businesses located on the FTZ and Lagos Island generally. It would also compliment the MM International Airport and aid the ease of doing business. There is absolutely no time to waste. If you are thinking of investing iana Real Estate, Ibeju-Lekki is your destination. The indices are very clear that this is the best investment destination in Nigeria. A lot of people missed investing in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, VGC, when the prices were very affordable, because of skepticism. Don't wait for everyone to get there, go there and wait for everyone. OKENWA . For More information, Call or Chat ( 09050970254 ) |
