I think there is still hope. The highest in my state didn't make the list as well. Learnt that training is "LIKELY" to be in batches. All will be well.

It wasnt.Later u said there isn't any recruitment going on, that DSS is only recruiting junior cadre officers and planning to upgrade the senior ones. D same you now saying Cadet medicals is ongoing.
