Sometimes ago I had what i called a fungal outbrak. ezcema, dandruff and small ringworms on my body, face, hands and hair which was backed up with itching. I started ingesting more of the coconut oil(about 5 spoons daily). later, i would combine shear butter with coconut oil to use on my skin. The result? everything cleared within little time and realised how much this natural products are. i still use them as my moisturizer till date, nothing like cream.

Applying coconut oil, mixed with shear butter will free you from bumps. if you are the type that shaves every 2,3,4, etc, coconut oil or mixed with shear butter will stop the itching and bumps. you will be able to carry your hair for a week or more without having bumps after shaving.

Coconut oil also happens to be a favorite oil base in which to dissolve medical marijuana for topical (skin surface application) treatment of pain patents living in the US states where the raw material for this cure is legal to grow and consume. In order to distill one of the most powerful externally applied pain relief medications available anywhere, and possibly the only balm that works in seconds to chase pain away, marijuana buds are baked in the gas oven until they give off that sweet aroma. When the weed has been "activated" by that oven heating, it can then be added to a mixture of coconut oil and water, which is then heated on LOW heat, WITHOUT boiling, for several hours, during which time the active ingredient of the weed is absorbed entirely buy the oil.

After several hours, the oil/water mixture is removed from the heat, and the vegetative matter is extracted by straining the mixture through a cloth into a bowl. The weed is now spent and can be thrown away. The resultant liquid consists of the oil floating on the surface of the water layer. Placing that two-layer liquid combination in the fridge for some hours will solidify the coconut oil, allowing ALL the water to be siphoned out and also thrown away, leaving a greenish oil layer.

A second "wash" of that oil can be accomplished by adding more boiling water to the oil, allowing the two layers of liquid to cool again, before pouring away the water, which will be much cleaner than the first batch of water thrown out. At this point, the coconut oil will smell ONLY of coconut oil, despite having been converted by the above process into one of the strongest pain relief balms known to man.

Store your medicinal coconut oil as a solid in the fridge or freezer and it will remain fresh and highly effective as a pain-killing skin balm for years. To stop back pain in its tracks, melt a small amount of that activated oil in your hand, rub it on the area that is sore, and then count the seconds until that pain simply vanishes. Readers who try this remedy and benefit from it are encouraged to report back to this thread, in order to benefit others who may be skeptical about the efficacy of this home remedy.

Warning : Do NOT consume coconut oil that has been infused with marijuana, as it will knock you clean out, and put you to sleep for hours. Accordingly, this balm must be stored securely so that it is not eaten by children or adults who may find the smell of coconut oil attractive.
