Almost lost my mind last year when my trade moved from +8% to -ve % when i almost won meself a prop account. Took a while before I moved on.

Lost another challenge as this year just begun. Dealt with the pain of failure again but this time faster than the previous one. It just means there's still a lot of work to do.

It's a long journey and at some point demo traders will have to put some skin in the game so they know where still needs fixing.

My first trade of the year. Entered on the OB on H1.
I have a bearish bias on EU. Price is heavily oversold on H4 with triple tops showing a failed bullish sentiment.

If price breaks the support(drawn from daily tf) at 1.077, we just might see a dip to the 1.6900 zone which has 50% fib retracement level marked off from the most recent low to the recent high on the daily. A prominent daily OB is present at this level as well.

Ps. I'm very rusty. Ive not actively traded in over 2 months. Might be wrong. We watch and move as the market shows it's dance steps.

Among the **/USD pairs I'm scanning for the week, this GU setup is too tempting to ignore.

Plenty confluence; Qml, gap, OB all in one place. Not forgetting BSL has been purged.

I'll be hovering around 5-15 minutes timeframe to look for setups to short.

This week, i want to sell xx/jpy and **/USD.

I shall look for 2 pairs from this asset class to trade.
But on the HTF, xx/jpy is projected to give a decent bull run this year.

Man keep thriving, you are not far from the click.. let me chip in. I believ you understand ICT concept? US30 can be the holy grail for you. All you just need is to move to 3/5mins TF and mark the previous day highs/Lows ,I mean high/lows with Clean FVG, there's wea the money is. On a new day Once it's 3:30pm move to 1min TF and watch how price react to those zones, watch this for 1-2months . 100 points is the target, I'm not asking you to leave your concept, but I believe this might be the holy grail . I don't need to fund your account but I believe if you put the little work on this , TFT competition will fund your account multiple times... I did it you too can do it.

Once time is up, you get extension when your account is positive. When the clock is ticking, we get under pressure and take forced trades. If you know you can perform under pressure, then time won't be a factor anymore.

My first prop account, I didn't hit any daily drawdown but I didn't hit the target at the end of the challenge, I was on -3%. I The account got suspended and lost the challenge. I didn't know, that's how I knew time was counting.

The last challenge I did last year was how I knew the difference between trading days and normal calendar.

I believe this is why many of us don't pass the evaluations; The feeling that time is against us. It's the same reason a new trader is advised to have another source of livelihood.

That pressure, that feeling doesn't permit us to think rationally such that trades which under circumstances should not be taken will be taken with even crazy lot sizes because "we want to meet up" .

This is the summary of my experience throughout last year. I've learned and I do not intend to repeat past mistakes.
