When you do it on demo, do it on a live account (even if na cent account). Doing it on a live account helps the psyche because at that moment, if you over leverage and feel your a$$hole pucker up at the prospect of losing everything, you go behave yourself.

Trade review;

I initially planned to trade Eurcad and GU for this month of July but these pairs did not pan out according to laid down rules though the market direction was correct overall.

Usdcad is still bullish but for the period of the setup, it was a ranging market and I was no longer interested. Closed at about -3 pips.

I chose AJ over GJ, there was a rally of about 150 pips (for a TP of 300 pips) then a last minute reversal and positions closed at breakeven.

Same rules for the new month, same plans, same executions.
