It easy bro just log in go to payment status and enter your reference id .. I hope u still have the reference id.
Then after click on query interawitch then continue registration.. #dats all

U don't have to worry about that. Simply lodge your complaint at the ICT unit when u get to the orientation camp, they should help you out.

The certificate only carries Your name State code Passport And Call up number.

That's not a problem. Continue your registration, as no one would demand your state of origin (indegine letter) during the camp.
