Why are you all focusing on Obi instead of holding the govt accountable?

In some countries, they'd be calling for the impeachment of the illegitimate president

I'm focusing on every bad politicians including the celebrated failure, Tinubu.

DMerciful:
You lack focus!

You don't care that 40 persons were killed, you're only concerned about Obi who is making sure their death do not go unnoticed

I actually am sincerely.

But I don't approve political sympathy.

drugBaronTINUBU:

you are just a dishonest somebody
during the campaign, tinubu never told u what he was going to do. Obi and Atiku took out time to explain how they will govern the country if elected and those are things we would have used to judge them.
Tinubu never told u how he intend to solve our many problems, he just used tribal (yoruba ronu) and religion (muslim muslim ticket) to buy people's emotion. and to cap it all, he bought INEC and the judiciary to help him finish his work.
for u to tell yourself this truth, you are here trying to justify his failures by saying they would have done the same.
i just pity people like u

Yes Obi and Atiku said what they'd do. And yes, Tinubu used tribal politics.

And yes, I justified based on what they did as both governors and Atiku as ex vice.

But except you are a kid, you'd know that na the same people with another story again and again!

I don't think being active on what is going on in the country is a bad thing. Even if it doesn't suit you it might suit others. Everybody has there choice and opinion in democracy

I understand your point but that's my point exactly.

He became active exactly after the election popularity. Where was he all this while and where was his public participation?
Politics / Re: Peter Obi 'Disheartened' By Terrorist attacks In Plateau, Benue by chatinent: 8:30am On May 22
Since the election, Obi has been posting up and down and visiting every Dick and Tom on any event... aiming to garner support, and trying to create organic love for himself....a thing he didn't do before the election.

I loathe Nollywood politics! That's what it is.

I am not tribalistic! I evaluate individuals based on the impact they leave behind. During his tenure as governor, I was a student. His dedication to Nigeria now far surpasses any previous concern he had for the state. Indeed, he is a politician, just like all the others. His approach involves leveraging sympathy, compassion, and deceptive political tactics...and that strategy is truly repulsive!

Tinubu is widely regarded as a significant disappointment. A massive one! However, even in the event of Obi's victory, Nigeria would still find itself in a state of disarray. The same principle can be applied to Atiku as well. Are you anticipating a different outcome by employing the same methods and people as before?

Tah!

Crime / Re: Naira Abuse: EFCC Arrests Woman In Gombe by chatinent: 8:28am On May 22
1. EFCC arrests the poor.

But...

The same EFCC invites the rich for questioning.

The difference is money.

If you check well, the crime of the poor cannot be compared to that of the rich but they cannot be jailed in Nigeria. That is why ex Kano gov could fight them and escape in this same Nigeria! But you as a poor man, try am now.

Spoiler: One certain time the members of the EFCC came over to my estate and, as you know, picked many boys...even scapegoats (an ice-cream seller waiting for change and etc). Now everyone was labelled a Yahoo Boy. You know they like numbers. Cos the more, the better. I dey watch from my window at the far rear of the other street when negotiations started and some was let go and they squeezed the rest.

Make I give una update: anybody wey you see say EFCC televise after catching, most times are those who didn't meet up the bribe (from the point of arrest).

2. During Environmental Sanitation in Nigeria, there's always a curfew (for the poor), and a pardon for those on essential duties (the rich). One of the two if caught will be squeezed and arrested, then heavily fined, while the other will be saluted and even begged for money by the taskforce.

The difference is your status.

3. The police is meant for the rich against the poor in Nigeria. The rich believe the poor are the major perpetrators of crime.

The police serve as security details for the rich, and they see the poor as another means to flex their powers, and of course extort them. That is why there's a kind of car you'll drive in Nigeria and no checkpoint can dare stop you. Even the soldiers!

Wanna try?

Buy two Hilux, two Tacoma muscle and two Prado. Mix the arrangement: the Hilux and Tacoma at the front and the other two at the back with both Prados in the centre...then drive at 180km/hr on any road in Nigeria. Even if you kidnapped a fellow citizen inside or carry drugs, the policemen, road safety, army, civil defence and gbogbotibgo cannot stop you. Instead, they will help you and be clearing the road off other vehicles and pedestrians.

4. Do you know it's safer to steal bigger sums in Nigeria than smaller sums?

If you steal ₦4000 in St Michaels, Aba, Abia State, before your people even know what's happened, you'd have been roasted by two tyres, two litres of fuel and general beating with only a grace to speak unless it's your last prayer you demand for.

But if you steal ₦50bn in Nigeria, do you know you will go scottfree? At all at all, dem go say make you forfeit ₦50m bail and they'll release you. Now think it, someone who stole ₦50bn is returning ₦50m. That's like stealing ₦100k and being told to return ₦1.

So stealing is legal for the rich. All laws made in Nigeria are for the poor.

I remember when one Road Safety officer stopped me. I was on seatbelt and had my driver's licence with an updated paperwork, fire extinguisher, triangle and even a new spare since I had changed the four tyres. Can you believe what the man threatened to charge me with as he saw nothing else? He said he'd charge me for not moving with my original papers but the photostat. I didn't utter a word and he spoke and got tired until another officer came, asked what happened and told me to go reprimanding him of the overdo. They later begged me for tips and guess what! I didn't give them politely.

5.You think I am lying? Do you know the cell or jail the big men stay in Nigeria is different from the one the poor men stay?

Mr Chairman, with these few points of mine, I wish to educate you that whatever you fit do to make money in Nigeria, just do it.

If you still don't have any reason to have money in Nigeria, just have the money.

I'm available for research writing. Thanks.

What a myopic view

Christianity has nothing to do with region or tribe in terms of acceptance. Even while Jesus was here, his own didn't receive him.

Longlife isn't a spiritual gift, it doesn't determine soul's that are saved

The problem is that there is no evidence he was here.

Well, I'm thinking about this news.

I'd be totally honest. If I am living an upright life and a law enforcement agent waste me this way to extort me and rob from me, that person would live to regret his actions.

I would find him. He'd prefer it was death that came to him than me.

It's not a threat.
