My car Toyota Avensis 2010 is making 9.3 km/l or 10.9 l/100km city.
I did the following but no improvement:
1) Oxygen sensor replaced
2) MAF and throttle body cleaned
3) Spark plugs changed
4) Air filter cleaned
5) Fuel filter cleaned
6) Brake pads changed
7) Fuel injectors cleaned
Ignition coil (1) replaced
9) Catalytic converter burnt/removed

Please advise what I should do next.

So your car gives u about 10km/Litre, 100km/10L and u are still complaining!!!!!!
Nawa oo, u for kuku say make the car no consume anything at all naa!!
Oga stop being stingy. We Nigerians too like awoof. If u want a lesser mpg u can opt for a yaris or picanto!! That one, u can use the fuel for a whole month if u like...
I wish badly that my car could give me the mpg your avensis is currently giving u.
