We all know cr7's record and stats and no doubt, he's an amazing player but if I'm to go with an eye test, De lima is a better player & that's my opinion. De lima was hampered by injuries yet he won 3 ballon d'Or, winning his first at just 20, that guy was a baller abeg.
As football fans, we should learn to be objective sometimes, I be cr7 strong fan but football should come first b4 any individual player. That said, cr7 will make my top 5 greatest players of all time.

Messi and Ronaldo are in a world of their own. We were very very fortunate to see them play the beautiful game of football and their legacies will live on forever.

There is a reason why those two players have die hard fans that can go to war for them.

I would even rate Messi above Maradona. So if I am to list the greatest footballers to ever play this beautiful game from history I would say Pele, Messi and Ronaldo.

As for the ultimate GOAT : coming from a CR7 fan I give it to Messi.
