You will be getting it as soon as i can find time to relay the information i have. But on a more serious note, running an outbound callcenter in Nigeria would entail that you run your business on generators.  Reliance on the national grid would cripple the business.

I work with a telecommunications company presently in the outbound callcenter, and so i could give information as to the kind of challenges you may face with setting such a business up in Nigeria. On one side it could be very lucrative, but on the other side, losses may have to be endured from time to time. I will expantiate on this if need be.
